Came here with friends for lunch and I must say that overall experience was pretty good. The one we went to was in KSL Restaurant

Menu - you have variety of choices from starter, meal set, drinks to desserts

Ambience - very welcoming with their modern style and I would say sort of very recommendable for group of friends to have meal here

Staff - they’re very attentive and it’s easy to catch their attention when we’re ready to order and when we have something to ask.

Waiting time of food - I would say decent waiting time from 5-10min if I can remember correctly and our food came almost at the same time that I would say really great as we can eat together at the same time 👌🏻

Quality and Portion of Food So we’ve ordered total of 5 meals 2 SDS Fried Rice - good portion of you’re small eater, this portion can be shared if not. Perfect for 1 person. Tasty combination of rice satay, and egg. Yummy 😋 Roti Prata with Chicken Rendang - this was what I’ve ordered and I love the richness of rendang but not too powerful flavour. Just nice, didn’t like the pratha though since it’s not a homemade version but ready to fry/cook Black Pepper Grilled Chicken Chop - the potato wedges taste awesome and chicken flavour was okay nothing extraordinary BBQ Chicken Rice - the taste of chicken somehow too sweet for our taste palette And drinks - overall drinks were according to what we’ve expected in terms of freshness and taste

Price - we paid 124.10 overall including tax and service charge. Would say it’s above average price in town. So can’t say it’s good value for the price.

Would I recommend it? Yes, great place, good...

Went to this SDS Branch on 23/6 around 3pm+

After looking thru the Menu and also a Table Display Card I decided to order an Ice Cuppucino cos it looks so good (see photo) but when the drink was served, not only it doesn't look remotely similar to the nice long glass in the photo but the drink (plastic takeaway cup) came without any whipped cream as "fakely" illustrated in the menu.

Also the complimentary Wifi there according to the servers has run out of data for a long time. I asked to see the lady manager but was told that she was "resting", an hour later I asked for her again and was told again she is still "resting". All in all waited for 3 long hours and the lady manager didn't even bother to show up hence we left around 6pm.

Simply by looking at the "Grab Food" signage (see photo) and you will know how badly run this SDS branch is, and how irresponsible and nonchalant the manager is/has been.

Hi, I visited SDS Taman Johor Jaya on 16th May 2022 at 8.15pm

The service was literally slow and nobody bothered to take order till we call one of the waiter and also they dint bother to offer baby chair as well..

And my husband came at 8.55pm and they said the kitchen closed at 9pm so can't take any orders.. but I saw 1 other table they were ordering some food..where by they just reached the restaurant..

And food was terrible awful 😖.. tauhu Bakar fried in old oil could smell the oil strongly and Hot Honey Lemon tea was bitter they dint add the honey.. Chicken chop was soaked in oil.. the only thing was good to eat the French Fries..and they din have anything on cake counter as well..
