Starbucks Setia Tropika DT — Restaurant in Johor

Quite a huge joint, very cozy, and this place exudes some kind of warmness - Nice 😍👍. Usually I get a Venti frap before hitting the highway to KL. Once I tried the lunch set, so worth it - rm21 for Venti sized Frappuccino and a meal. The baked teriyaki is my favorite.

They make the best Dark Mocha I think. It is crunchy with generous amount of chunky bits of chocolates. The sweetness is just nice too. 😍😍😋😋

I will give this place a 5 star if it is not because of the not so good baked teriyaki dish - the bread was toasted quite long in the oven, resulting half of the bread becoming very hard and crunchy 😖. Adding to the grief, the teriyaki sauce was used very sparingly - could only taste it towards the end (depending where you start munching 😂). It wasn't that bad as I described it 🤪, but I had my expectation high😠. The best I had was in Starbucks Petronas after Sg besi toll...

Had a very bad experience with the service provided by Starbucks today 22/09/2017.... Firstly I ordered a granola dark mocha, for which they replied no granola therefore I can't order that... So I went ahead and got a maple peacan frapp and got for a friend of mine the same, when we got the drinks and got back to our table I realized that instead of a peacan topping I got a granola topping!!! And my friends drink didn't have any toppings... So we went back and asked the staff for the topping for which one replied that they are out of peacan topping and only had granola topping😡😡. Finally added in the granula topping which did not blend well with maple peacan. So very unhappy with the service rendered to us! Starbucks please improve your customer service and be professional in handling...

I always go Starbucks with my husband our kids, but mostly I will order coz he don't know. So then we go using drive thru, I'm saying properly buts they did not get my order. Seems like they mention other item that is not Starbucks product n I have to shout just because operator says she can't hear me. When we are at the collection stop, few people staring at us and one of them asking about drive thru sticker and the other one more person telling that the driver should make the order not the passenger. It doesn't make sense right, that we have to follow your instructions...🤬

Just to let u guys know, I'm Starbuck partners too. But not working in Malaysia, we did not train ourself to behave like that to our customer. The way they staring at us n the way they talk to us, is...
