I recently visited The Coffee Bean at Setia Tropika and was pleasantly surprised by both the variety and quality of coffee beans they offer. They offer an impressive range of single-origin and blended beans, each with detailed descriptions about flavor profiles and origins. I particularly appreciated their freshly roasted beans, which were visibly fresh and full of rich aroma. Their staff also guided me through how to brew different beans to bring out the best flavors. The standout for me was their house blend, which had a bold, smooth flavor with hints of chocolate and spice—perfect for an espresso or a strong cup of drip coffee. Additionally, they had samples available, so I could try before buying, which made the experience much more enjoyable.

Our seat was near the glass door. It was 3 o'clock and the temperature in the room was very high. The air conditioner was not cold. After placing the order, I told the staff that it was very hot at our seat. Could they turn on the fan at our seat? The other party reluctantly said that the air conditioner was turned on. I said that it was near the glass door and it felt very hot. In the end, the other party turned on all the fans except the one at my seat! What kind of service is this in a high-end cafe restaurant? As a result, we were sweating while drinking their coffee and eating food! Do you think customers will come to consume?

This past few weeks the quality of drinks is bad, not like how it used to tastes like. Before this the caramel macchiato is my number 1 order and i dont need to add shot to make the coffee taste, but now the drinks is too sweet no coffee taste at all. Plus order drivethru is hard to communicate in malay, strong coffee= add shot = add money hence this is not okay. The question is misleading. Please train your worker to speak in malay also. And improve back the quality of your drinks. Dont get too comfortable

This past few weeks the quality of drinks is bad, not like how it used to tastes like. Ordered the egg club sandwich set at 10:43am and it is now 11:23am and I still have not received my food. Idk what you have to do to fix this service but do it.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that this branch is quite large and is located next to a busy area even during the weekends. Hence, allocate more staffs here during peak hours. Cbtl management/hq should use at least 20% of your brain power put together to handle this coz it’s quite a waste of space and money to have y’all employed but with this...
