KFC Setia Tropika DT — Restaurant in Johor

Very2 poor service The drive thru is open but they said under maintenance and order inside. They should place a cone by not letting cars to use the drive thru. KFC really downgraded especially the staff are very blurr and they need to work smart and fast. I knew everyone have weakness and strength but the manager should guide them. They need to improve their service and the staff must be efficient. The order booth cannot pay with touch and go, and I have proceed with pay cash at counter but when I go to the courter and wanted to use tng they asked me to reorder from the booth again and pay using jompay. I just select to pay by cash because there was long queue behind me and I thought at the counter still can proceed with tng. The staff was lazy to accept my order at the counter. Dear KFC manager, kindly look into this matter and improve your outlet service. The manager should be at the outlet to manage all the breakdown and also maintain the staff efficiency. Please also note I have waited for my order for more then 30min just for snack plate and extra cheese

Your staff named Amira, who was the one handling drive-thru orders and cashier yesterday was very unfriendly and rude. I had to wait for my order to be taken which took some time for it. She scorned at me when I asked to go large for my drink, I was utterly speechless and that made forgot that I want to request for specific part for my chicken.

Your kitchen didnt prepare my order correctly. My drink spilled in the plastic as the cup lid wasnt the same size with the cup. I had my chickens soaked up in milo ice yesterday and its too late for me to realize it.

Please educate your staff with correct basic manners, evaluate them correctly and place only the right ones for the counter/cashier positions. I've been here many times but I dont think I'll frequent your restaurant again. Totally the most bad...

I ordered my meal, requested to have thigh chicken.

Turned out the KFC staff gave me a drumstick, and nuggets were not in good shape (being tear out that kind) and coleslaw was replaced with mashed potato. The staff who served the food didnt explain anything and walk away. When i get her to change thigh and replace new nuggets for me, she show very sour face.

She get someone else to change for me.

Then i asked her where is my coleslaw, she said finished. (and STARE AT ME!)

Please give your staffs proper training on how to answer customer questions. She is not doing this to me, she did this way to many other customer too.

I can't see her name properly, because she avoided herself to me. But she is the shortest Malay staff serving frontline at Setia Tropika branch at 4pm....
