Vivo Pizza Setia Tropika — Restaurant in Johor

Had a great dining experience at Vivo Pizza, Setia Tropika! 🍕 The food was delicious and served quickly — no long waiting time at all. The pizza was just right in terms of flavour, and the fish and chips were crispy outside, soft inside — exactly how it should be!

But what really stood out was the amazing service 💯. I requested extra mayonnaise and tartar sauce, and they brought it without hesitation. Even after I finished, they checked if I wanted more. Same goes for the chili flakes and cheese powder — they were super generous! When we were tapping the cheese shaker (because it was stuck), a staff member actually came over and asked if we were okay and if it was working.

Every single staff member was polite and attentive. Definitely coming back again! 🙌

Pengalaman makan yang sangat memuaskan di Vivo Pizza, Setia Tropika! 🍕 Makanan sedap gila dan servis pun cepat — tak perlu tunggu lama langsung. Rasa pizza memang ngam, dan fish n chips pula rangup di luar, lembut di dalam — perfect!

Tapi yang paling best, layanan mereka memang tip top 💯. Saya minta extra mayonis dan sos tartar, mereka bagi tanpa banyak soal. Lepas saya habis makan pun mereka tanya nak tambah lagi ke. Serbuk cili dan keju pun mereka tak kedekut langsung! Bila kami ketuk shaker sebab serbuk keju tersekat, staf siap datang tanya okay tak, boleh keluar tak.

Went to Vivo Pizza at Setia Tropika and I was honestly impressed! 🍕 Food came out fast, and everything tasted great. The pizza had a nice balance of flavour — not too salty, not too bland — just nice. The fish & chips were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, really satisfying!

But what made the experience even better was the excellent customer service 👏🏼. I asked for extra mayonnaise and tartar sauce, and they gave it with no fuss at all. Even after I finished eating, they checked if I needed more — super attentive! As for the chili flakes and cheese powder, they were really generous. We were tapping the cheese shaker because the powder got stuck, and a staff member immediately came over to check if we were okay — love that kind of attention to detail!

All the staff were friendly, respectful, and always smiling 😊. Will definitely return for another visit!

Our second time here at Vivo Pizza, the first time is at MidValley. We are staying around the area so when I saw Vivo Pizza is in the vicinity, we had to try again! Our second time here was great - the salad is super refreshing, as were our juices. The food were good too. My husband, who doesn’t eat prawns, tried and ordered the prawn marinara pasta again, and loves it! I had the slow braised beef and mashed and it was delicious. My husband tried it and said he will eat this the next time....
