Tea Garden Seri Alam — Restaurant in Johor

I have been in this place two time and i want to give out my opinion,rating and such as other.First i want say that food has lots of variety food such as malay, Chinese and malaysia and make the food looks so appetizing and mouth-watering.The inside of the decorations it really fit the restaurant style and feel like high-quality restaurant.Last,what i like about tea garden when i order a food the waiter takes the order and the box of utensil is already at the table and waiter serve the food to the table i can just take the utensil from the box and enjoy my food.Now,i want to say some few issue.First of all is the prices some of the dishes can be affordable but most of the dishes are bit expensive. Some of dishes cost around Rm20 for just adding some side dish.Second is portion some of the main dishes portion are not much and some of the dishes may see is a big portion in menu but in reality when i finishing the meal i order it doesn't feel full on my stomach.Last is the waiter service just need to improve a bit.Overall is a pretty good-quality restaurant and i recommend go try some new experience on...

I've been dining here for the past 10 years, from the old restaurant to the new, beautiful one. The food has always been satisfying, and the staff have generally been attentive and friendly over the years.

However, today (8/8/25 at 12:15pm) was a disappointing experience. A chubby Malay waitress displayed rude and unprofessional behavior. I had asked to pack some food to tapau, as my son couldn't finish his meal. While I was walking to the counter to pay, I clearly heard this waitress badmouthing me by mentioning my table number while complaining to her colleague about my request to “tapau” the food. Is it wrong to take away your own unfinished food? Kopitiam that I used to go back then with my ex-boyfriend. The place is really great, feels like i'm in Genting Highlands though. The environment here quite nice and it brings vibes that you can stay here and chill with your friends and hang out.

The services, facilities, hygiene are normal. Not too great, not too bad. The services are pretty slow, I don't know either they're too busy or they're tired because last time I came here, the waiter just chilling at the counter though. The facilities nice.

The menu here are many, and you can choose whatever that fits in with your desires. The foods are tasty, but a bit oily. My favorite was Grilled Chicken Chop with Rice. It tastes very magnificent.

The price are normal. Not too cheap, not too expensive. If you had a chance, i'd recommend to try this...
