The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf — Restaurant in Johor

Went for breakfast this morning with family. What i observed, experienced : lots of parking space. -atmosphere,decor was great and cozy. Decor is muji themed i guess. However,this is a new outlet. -no staff greeted us or at least say hi to us (just like others typical Malaysian shop haha). Well, i don’t mind. Maybe they are too busy preparing orders for other FOUR customers whose come earlier. -menus offers a variety of coffee, tea & foods. We ordered iced macchiato, hot americano, tea, egg benedict, English breakfast, teriyaki chicken sandwich & pasta. Taste good (but i have tasted better at other cafe), fresh ingredients & love the americano. The coffee tasted nice with perfect balance of acidity & bitterness. Kudos to the barista. -For the price of the food and drinks, i think is slightly lower than the level `u got what u paid for’.

I usually come here because the environment is nice and relaxing, which is the main reason I return. However, I’ve had a few disappointing experiences with the service. Recently, I ordered a cake and mentioned I was dining in, but it was still served in a takeaway box. When I brought it up, the staff insisted that the counter noted it as takeaway, without trying to resolve the issue or be understanding.

In general, the service tends to be quite slow, and the staff don’t come across as very friendly or attentive. It would really improve the overall experience if the team could be a bit more welcoming and responsive. I hope to see some improvements, because the place itself has...

Seriously damn disappointed we order hot the cashier ask wait long for hot we also accept wait almost 35min last give wrong order iced then only i realized at resit iced bit I order clearly hot, when I ask back irresponsible just answer we follow resit only and tak layan weii if I wrong then why u ask me hot wait long?! Very pure bad service ever, feel too worst I'm already flu order hot just done wrong order ,and not welcome smile respect also pls change cashier if her not able to handle customers,we understand a lot of customers orders so accept able to wait long u guys end of response for wrong order just like that pls la...
