Drinks were nice, but the service was horrible.

Ordered 4 drinks - 3 drinks were swiftly made but were left sitting at the counter for almost half an hour because one simple orange flavoured tea drink was never made. Questioned the staff, and the staff rudely answered that there are too many customers, so they were 'just following procedures' (such a blatant lie, because if staff follow procedures, I wouldn't have to wait for half an hour for one incomplete drink when my three drinks were already on the counter).

Other customers complained about (1) how their drinks were misplaced, forcing them to wait for 20 mins; and (2) not promoting their discounts to the elderly, giving reasons that they are 'collecting data to see how many people view their social media'.

Great place to chill! The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Johor Jaya is cozy and comfortable, perfect for working, studying, or just relaxing. The drinks are consistently good — I especially love their watermelon lychee sparking and Vinilla Pure CookiesandCream. Also tried their blueberry tart and lemon drizzling cake — both were absolutely delicious. The blueberry tart had a buttery, crisp crust with a generous filling of juicy blueberries. Not overly sweet, just the right balance of tartness and freshness. The lemon drizzling cake was moist and zesty. Staff are friendly and efficient, and the environment is clean and welcoming. Very disappointed. I’ve been a loyal CBTL customer for a long time, but this time really let me down. We waited for the tiramisu after the lorry arrived. Staff told us to wait while they prepared it, so we did patiently for 45 minutes +- When we checked again, they said we still had to wait another hour.

I understand preparation takes time, but please explain clearly from the start if customers are expected to wait almost 2 hours. It’s frustrating and feels like a waste of...
