From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The decor was charming, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance.

The highlight, of course, was the coffee. I ordered a cappuccino, and it was perfection in a cup – rich, creamy, and beautifully presented. The barista clearly knew their craft. The selection of pastries and desserts was equally impressive, and I couldn't resist trying a freshly baked croissant, which was flaky and delicious.

What truly set this cafe apart was the exceptional customer service. The staff was attentive and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed without being intrusive, especially the one with the eyeglasses, he is so courteous and helpful. They were also knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations.

Additionally, I appreciate that they have a variety of seating options, from comfy couches . It's a great place for both solo visitors and groups of friends to relax and enjoy a coffee.

I had a terrible experience with Zeus Coffee on two consecutive days, and I won’t be returning.

On the first day, I ordered via their app and went in to pick up my drinks. There was zero communication from the staff about which orders were ready, and they didn’t even staple the receipts to help customers check their orders. I had to go through all the drinks myself to figure out which one was mine—super inconvenient.

The second day was even worse. I ordered through the app again, and while the app notified me that my drinks were ready, the staff told me they weren’t. When I asked how much longer it would take, the response was just, “Wait for your turn.” No explanation, no effort to assist, and to top it off, the staff could barely communicate in basic English, making it even more frustrating to resolve the issue.

Overall, the staff’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and the lack of basic service or communication made both experiences incredibly disappointing. I expected far better, especially from a coffee shop. Definitely not...

This is the second time I haven't received my delivery order! The first instance was a scheduled delivery of 10 cups. I placed the order in the morning, expecting it to be delivered by 12 pm. However, I waited until after 2 pm and had to go to their shop. They completely overlooked my order!
