We waited long time for our oyster tofu balls. Finally asked the boss. He checked n very rudely said I didn't order, that's why never come out. But my family clearly heard me ordering n pointing to the menu!

If he didn't hear it, no one would take offence if he just say "Sorry I didn't hear you. We prepare it now." Instead he blamed me twice, "No, you didn't order."

And then, without asking whether I still want to wait for the dish, he told his worker, "No need to prepare, cancel order already."

I'm super offended! First he blamed me for the mistake. And then he cancelled the order instead of asking if I still want it.

And this arrogance is from the boss himself! He doesn't care about us, the customers who have supported his biz over the years. 😥

Ordered a steamed talapia with blended ginger and a pot of chysentimum tea with ice. The fish was very fresh and the cooking excellent without the fish being overcooked. Choices are limited - only steamed cooking style is available other than bah kut teh. Taste is good, especially the bah kut teh. Though for some, may be overly salty.
