Parking available at the front of the cafe (free). Kutiing (tickling) cats is upstairs and its from 12-3pm ; 6-10pm Cafe is downstairs from 12pm to 10pm.
We arrived around 2.35pm, straight went up to Mao Room before it closes at 3pm. It was full so they told us that we have to wait, they said that it will be closed later to cater to the next batch so will only close around 4pm. Our turn is at 3pm so we went down to the cafe first.
Ticket fee to Mao Room Adult: 30mins-RM30 ; 60mins-RM50 Child: 30mins-RM15 ; 60mins-RM30 Each ticket entitles you to RM5 off any beverage at the cafe.
We took 30mins, 1hour is too much to strain and hog the kitties, should give other people chance to play with them.
Matcha Coffee Latte (rm14); boleh la.
Chocolate Scones (rm13); too chocolatey for my preference. Too kao until i need to drink water.
Before we head into the Mao Room, they gave us a tag and showercap for the shoe to wear. I feel showercap is wasting, understand its for cleanliness, it's their rule oh well (follow or dont go or wait for them to change ;)).
There are kitty toys for you to use to entice the kitties. The space is much smaller compared to Coo & Riku. The kitties are all over the place, some sleeping in the hole, some hiding behind the holes behind the wall. Most are friendly and allow you to touch, one big one is skittish. They are all sooo clean and fluffy, i just wana raba them all.
Overall it was a fun and comforting experience. Luckily no kitty reject me else it will be a depressing experience (kiddddingggg). Anyways Coo & Riku space is much bigger but the kitties here are warmer (welcoming) than they ones at Coo & Riku. The ones at Coo see you like see shower time = HIDE.
Definitely must come and for those with kids, pls control your kids, dont let them pick up the kitties and throw them around. I have seen kids at Coo picking up the kitties roughly and the parents are too dumb to even stop them and busy taking videos/pics of their kids manhandling the kitty. Its not...
Read moreThis such an amazing place especially when you can bring your furbaby as well! I stumbled across this place by accident when i was searching for a pet grooming place and my oh my am i pleasantly suprised. There's plenty of parking in front of the cafe. They have 2 levels. The ground floor is where the cafe is and cats products such as cat towers, scratchers, prams, knick knacks are displayed on the front. The 2nd level is where the mao room is (mao is cat in mandarin just fyi) and more cats products. The entrance fee to the mao room is rm30 for 30 mins and rm50 for an hour. They have many beautiful pedigreed and well behaved cats for you to play with in the mao room so the entrance fee is definitely worth it. Fret not though, as you can also walk around or push your furbaby around in the pram in the common area on both floors. There are also cats roaming freely in the common areas (i counted 5 cats on the ground floor) so you can still pet those cats. The staff are super friendly. Shoutout to the co-owner Alcee (sorry if i misspelt your name), Rainbow, Abby and Aina for such incredible service and hospitality. The staff would make sure that you sanitize your hands upon entering the cafe vicinity and all staff are clearly cat lovers and they know and understand all the cats there. My mum and I ordered the smoked salmon croissant, mushroom soup with truffle garlic bread, verry berry croffle and an earl grey tea. Do be patient though as the waiting can take a while for them to prepare your order (want a prob for me because i was playing with the cats). The food was great. The bill came to about RM60. Btw this place also offers cat grooming service which i am definitely interested in...
Read morevisited this cat cafe back in june and loved it so much! the ground floor cafe was super spacious, bright, clean and inviting - we visited on a weekday around 4pm for teatime and it wasn’t too crowded 👍 the ambience was very pleasant and chill, and they also stock a lot of beautiful cat supplies like fancy strollers, food bowls, cat trees, and clothing. the staff were very polite and helpful when we asked questions! in the end we ordered a ham and cheese scrambled egg bagel, horlicks shaved ice bingsu, and hot green tea. i really enjoyed the bingsu, highly recommend it!!! 🫶🏼 also saw most of the other customers eating rice dons so i’ll try that next time.
after our meal, we went upstairs to the MAO ROOM (which i understand is recently permanently closed - now the cats roam freely in the cafe downstairs). for a fee, we could enter and play with more than 30 purebred cats... ragdoll, scottish fold, BSH, sphynx, even a few lovely devon rexes... it was heaven on earth omg 😭🫶🏼 the cats were well-groomed, healthy, sweet-natured and friendly (especially if you had a treat in hand!) and there were plenty of little hidey-holes for them to escape to if they didn't feel like socialising with people. the room was also incredibly clean, no cat smell or litter smell at all, which is amazing considering the sheer number of cats there! i'll definitely revisit next time i’m in the area 🥰🐱 (lots of kitty...
