Sheng Harbour Seafood Restaurant 胜港海鮮粵菜 — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

Terrible services. We came in with an old man, asked us to go up, that is fine. We ordered food, this don’t have that don’t have, in the end called food and it’s not completed. We ordered duck no duck, order prawn and don’t even serve. We waited from 7pm to 10pm, food come out worse than waiting a snail walking.

We came with 9 people and calculate us 11 people. Order a pot “tea of king”. Really tea of king, taste like drinking water and it’s costed us RM44. Don’t even bother changing the tea leaf.

The fish they mentioned that it’s 1.25kg but you know what, it’s so small and don’t think even 1KG. Came out 2 bites finish.

During payment, they even can ask for extra payment. We have 9 pax of people and calculated 11 pax for wet tissue.

Funniest part is the dessert, per portion is RM9 and 10 pax is RM75. we ordered the 10 pax of serving. They came 9 packs and calculated us per pack. That is horrible.

If you have the patient to wait for 5 dishes and not much choice. You may come and have a patient food here.

Additional comment, their waiters, waitress and even the managers don’t even give bother settling the problem. Ask to pay and leave.

First time there as recommended by my wife since she went there few time with friends. For me their service are completely out with very bad impression for first timer. After we sat and ordered food then one of the male waiter brought some chilies and I asked for green chilies but after some time though she forgotten then I asked another female waitress but she just point at somewhere. After we mid way, then one of the waitress came to ask for last order before kitchen closing which I completely understand but 10 minutes later while I was still eating and picking my dishes, another male waiter came with bill which I never ask for bill but very unprofessional and seem no training was provided. He insisted me to pay as cashier also closing. If your outlet have decided such timing then it should display your operation hour with last order time and cashier closing time. even should tell customer whether in advance before accepting us in. Worst situation is not directly bring the bill to customer without prior inform rather than direct bring the bill and machine like I owe you money or reluctant to pay. Sorry to say this the first and last to dine here and will tell my friend about this...

Always passed by here so decided to try dinner tonight. The place looks new and very clean. Service is top notch. Waiters are all very attentive and would recommend dishes when I felt indecisive.

Ordered: Steamed Soon Hock- very fresh & sauce is very flavorful. 鱼肉很有弹性也很滑。 椒盐豆腐- Crunchy yet soft inside. The 椒盐 topping also has 葱 and chilli. Not too spicy but very flavorful when pair with the tofu. 黑胡椒鸵鸟- flavorful and tender and fragrance. 皮蛋银鱼上汤- big portion with lots of century egg & vegetable 糖醋咕佬鸡- MUST ORDER! Very flavorful & crunchy!!!! When the waiter told us is chicken we were so shocked haha. We couldn't even tell its chicken. Usually 咕佬肉 is pork but this dish is really nice. 芯片小炒皇- nicely stir fried with wok hei 芒果西米露- this has a nice twist. Usual restaurant uses sago but thos restaurant uses Pamelo to substitute the sago. I find it healthy & refreshing too. 七彩棉花糕- this cake is so soft like cotton! It's has a subtle sweetness and not overly sweet. I love this!

We're so lucky to get the last few pieces of cake. I really love the food and service here. Will come back to try the abalone...
