Amerin Suites — Hotel in Kajang Municipal Council

Worst condo ever in my life. Dirty lift always have water spread on the floor. And for only three lift can use, the lift bomba is out of date. Please, management make a changes for this. If is emergency use, please close it. The lift bomba always can’t press button. I heard some old tenant neighbours said, this issues have been few years. Wow perfect, have been few years also don’t want to make any improvements. Your conscience are normal? The management every month take the owner management fees manage what? Manage the office lady sit at there for nothing?

The whole house is bad facilities such as the sewer drain, always have cockroaches. And the sink hose can rust only for few years. The developer Using so cheap materials?

Pay for the management fees for what? The security is bad. Someone steal our shoes. And those people throw the cigarettes to my house also without any help from management. SILK or SYMPHONY condo is more better...

Stayed here since 2021. It is getting worst and I am glad I am moving out.

First is the lift always breakdown, at least one or more lift unable to use. Serviced and breakdown everyday, it repeated and they don’t fix the core issue.

Second is the foreign residents here, those kids are one of the culprit that causing the lifts breakdown. They came in with bunches without considerate that lift are full of people.

Third is the carpark, they lend out to second hand car dealer, causing trouble for residents to drive further to exits the car park.

Now the grocery is shut down, I believe other retails are going to close too.

Unless you are staying here for budget and short term, or else...

I have been living here for 2 years. Most of the residents are Arabic, and about 10% are of mixed nationalities. The facility is clean and well-maintained. However, the Arabic kids often make loud noise every night, especially around the 7th floor, which can be very disturbing.

A new NSK Market will be opening soon in amerin mall,which will be convenient for grocery shopping. One major issue we’ve had is a cockroach infestation inside our unit. We’ve been trying to get rid of them for two years using sprays and keeping the place clean, but nothing has...
