It was a very unpleasant moment that I had today when I and my sibling tried to have brunch in this restaurant. After we sat down and wanted to place an order via QR code, we noticed that both of our mobile phones didn't have a line connection. Then we approached a waiter and told him that we were unable to place the order due to our line issue. He told us that we may connect to their WiFi. Then we asked him which one and what the password was. He just brushed us off and told us that we could connect this line and no password was given. But we didn't hear clearly and want to ask him again. Then he ignored us and continued his own work. After that, no one entertained us. So we just leave their restaurant. If you can't provide an alternative way for the clients or no mood to entertain us, please let us know in advance. It is our pleasure that we can opt for another restaurant. Hope you may improve...

My go to for fresh sashimi and Japanese food in general. Love love love how reasonably priced their items are considering their quality. The presentation of the food and ambiance of the restaurant is also something I can’t get enough of. Classy vibes all around. The service is also 5 stars for me because I consider myself to be picky when it comes to hygiene and Baby Cami never fails to reassure me of their strict sanitation routine and cleanliness overall. The waiter/waitresses always make me feel welcome and that’s something that’s quite rare especially in the area. Apart from that, I’ve ordered from them several times via Grabfood and their packaging is really good, the food is usually still fresh and yum when it arrives. (Date 27/2/2023) I cannot express how disappointed I am with my recent experience at this Japanese restaurant. The service was incredibly slow, and we had to wait an absurd amount of time just to be seated. And when we finally did get a table, we had to wait even longer for our food to arrive, only to be served with cold, unappetizing dishes. It was clear that the food had been sitting out for a while, and the lack of effort from the staff to rectify the situation was infuriating.
