YSM Sanna Mee • C180 — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

Is a new concept of the noodles house. Situated in the busy street in Balakong. Parking will be some problem in this area cos a lot of F & B Outlet in this street. So, to avoid of disappointing, just arrive early of your lunch or dinner time. Here environment can be say good ( cooling and not noise ). The service also quite fast even though quite a lot of customers inside. A lot of staff here and quite friendly. So anything you requested will come to you very fast. The famous dishes in this outlet are sizzling noodles in the hot pot ( make from the stone ). Normally we saw sizzling plate make from steel. This is the special or house dishes serving here. The beverages also some special here and seldom u can found in others F & B Outlet like the tea ( some few choices for you to choose ) come with a transparent pot and five(5) small transparent cup. The charges here I not very understanding that if you requested for others soup for your hot pot noodles, you need to paid extra Rm2. And soup not special just a normal tomato and Chinese herbs ( don't have strong herbs smell ) soup. The price for the all dishes is not cheap. I think the operator should be...

Food is nice. No much of comments.

Bad services. Reached around 8.30pm, not much of tables were still having their dinner, and the other empty tables were not clean yet. Worker ask to wait outside impatiently. Sat at outside and waited for them to clean the table, 10 mins passed, no one did the cleaning job, didn't know what were they busy for. Customers who come later went in and sat down, they only started to clean it up, and we were still waiting outside. 🙂 Scan to order. No line inside, even connected to their wifi also took long time to enter to the ordering system. Almost 9pm only done my ordered. 🙂🙂 Asked for menu and got to know that whole shop only prepared 2 books menu. lol Last, super duper slow to serve the food. My dad ordered the stir fried roasted pork rice, his food served earlier than the sauna mee.....

Read through all the reviews and found out the a/c problem was happened for a month+. Bad ventilation. Earn so much of money also don't want to settle...

Definitely the worst branch ever out of so many branches of Young Sauna Mee, It took me almost 1 hour waiting for my food, and not only me, everyone here been waiting for super long time. The excuse given was that they have not enough hot pot to use, and they have been given the same excuse since the last time i came, which was around 2 months ago, if you already realized that you have not enough pot, why not you just restock it? when you have such a long time to prepare? The table was not cleaned and wiped properly as you can still see very obvious and large part of stains on table. If they cant even clean tables properly, imagine how dirty it could be in the kitchen.

As so you can see the overall management of this restaurant was so damn bad, sincerely advice everyone, IF YOU WANT TO EAT YOUNG SAUNA MEE, NEVER COME...
