Been here a few times. Most of the time i went their staffs are all "Muka monyok" to be honest. When we smile also they all looked so stern like silicone status without human emotion.
But yesterday 21/4/25 i went there to buy lunch, this gentleman, Mr.Junaidi has surprised me with such a welcoming tone, with such a charming smile on his face. He was so humble to come and informed me that the drink i've ordered has finished and offered me other options and he apologised for that. This could be a small matter from anyone's view, but as a customer all we expect is great attitude, human-human respect & great experience.
