Came here on a wet and cool morning. My order of a pork haslet porridge and curry pork skin chee cheong fun was served piping hot which was befitting of the weather. Enjoyed both the dishes. Made further orders of a loh mai kai and the signature shrimp siew mai. Found both to be so so. The shrimp siew mai is largely made up of pork with a shrimp on the top. The coffee was also so so as I prefer it thicker than what was served.
We packed the nasi lemak ayam berempah, char siew noodles and some other dimsums. The crystal shrimp dumplings were better vs the shrimp siew mai. The order of fried shrimp salad was over fried - only saw when we reached home. In addition, there was no chilli nor sweet sauce provided with the take away. That seems to be a cardinal sin for a dimsum joint.
