1 star for the great views and cozy ambiance. Unfortunately, for me, that is all there is to this place.

Came and tried gelato and waffle. While the flavor is good, it's not something special and definitely not how a traditional gelato is served.

At the time of my visit, there were only 4 gelato flavors available; 3 of them being premium while 1 is a regular flavor. I took the premium one coz the regular was dark chocolate flavor (IIRC) which didn't really taste that good for me. I'll be honest. For RM27 a scoop, I'd expect a slightly larger than usual scoop. But no, not only was the scoop so small, but the server made extra sure the portion was exactly the size of their scoop. At the time, there was no other customers so I'm unsure as to why the need for strict portion control.

At this point, I'm already quite puzzled and a tad bit disappointed. Then came the waffle. I've tried Belgian waffles from Belgium and all other variations/interpretations of it from all across the globe. And this was the first time I've seen such a... I'm sorry to say this, but saddest and suspicious looking waffle in my life. It looked like kinetic sand cooked on a sandwich press. The texture was dense and grainy, reminding me of uncooked cookie dough. And I'm not even sure if it was freshly made or not because for the time it took them to supposedly "make" it and serving, it was barely even warm. And bear in mind, this waffle was an additional RM9 on top of the RM27 ice cream. Taste-wise, it doesn't taste like any waffle whatsoever. Dare I say there were hints cinnamon? But not in a good way. It just tasted off.

Spending RM36 on a disappointing dessert was definitely not what I was expecting for a place with such a high rating. I'm not sure if the quality has dropped or if this was a one-time thing based off of all the glowing reviews of this place, but I won't be patronizing this establishment in the...
