KFC JADE HILLS — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

Was walk in to purchase . It’s was just 9 pm , Kiosk offline , counter no one staff all standing behind . After we standing at counter 10 minute Only one Indian lady come approach us say need to wait . But don’t even want to take my order at all . Just say you just wait but dont tell us how long need to be wait . Just saying we need finish the order first . The feeling was like dragging the time over until end of operation hours .

Saw the staff behind pretend very busy . Don’t even want to come infront serve us ! And they refuse too. Just like don’t bother don’t want to take our business . I been saw 3 group of ppl leaving not taking any order just because no ppl serving . KFC U NEED TO IMPROVE...

The staff will purposely change the status of orders from "Preparing" to "Ready for pickup" just to meet their KPI. Customers are the bunch of idiots who keep going to the counter thinking their food is ready. Standard time for pickup is about 30mins. And please do check on all the items as they tend to miss out the full order. On a plus side, KFC quality have massively improved over the past few months...kudos to...
