Trying out this cafe as recommended by my customer. For me I ordered nasi minyak ayam percik, fried and honey oat coffee.
Fries was normal. Seasoned with salt. Good texture which is crispy outside soft inside.
Nasi minyak ayam percik was nice. The rice is fragrant. Fish crackers is crispy. Cucumber is crispy type too. The chicken excellent. Nice percik flavour which are savoury with some spice. Not spicy and chicken cooked to perfection. Very juicy and tender. Prefer if they provide some spiced chillies to pair with chicken or rice like typical Malay food.
Honey oat coffee is excellent too. Espresso used but not too strong. Can taste the honey and the oat that’s why it tune down the coffee flavour but for me is just nice. They use oatside brand for the oat milk which is my new favourite too.
Other colleagues ordered chicken chop and carbonara and they mentioned is very nice too. I didn’t manage to taste so I could not review it.
Overall very good menu selection for a cafe consist of western and Malay food. Coffee are good too. Definitely will return if I around there and highly recommended to try when you are around. Price wise is slightly higher for cafe but myself think the price match the food. Usually the main food are more than RM20 and they also...
Read moreFood portion nowadays are extremely small and not up to the price mentioned. The overall presentation with normal bread from supermarket and fries which cost me more than RM30++ (RM33-RM36) for a meal like this really not worth it.
I have just saw the review from the shop itself now today, the bread that mentioned supplied by supplier I can get the same from super seven semenyih , I have been to many good decent cafe and this bread is just a simple bread.
For the prawn it is also very small and it is the prawn for fried vege , not the tiger prawn as mentioned. Those who cook before , look at the Small prawn in the picture, is this a tiger prawn? I have eat tiger prawn but not this size.
If you don’t upgrade your quality, your price is not worth to pay at all. Made sure you let your customer feel worth it ! Ppl can afford, but not worth with...
Read moreNice cafe which serves a combination of local and western fare. Have frequented since opening and through the MCO period (delivery/take away). Quite apparent that the business has grown.
Opted for the set lunch meals in this visit. Option is good and the set meals comes with a main course and a drink. Dessert which comprise a serving of soft serve is with additional RM. Observed that the portion seem to have shrunk since the last visit of mine many months ago. But the food nevertheless tasted good.
The cafe is very nicely set up and would serve well for those who like to have long meals. However, there may be crowd build up during peak hours which may result in escalated...
