One of the staff was extremely rude to the core and he even had the audacity to shout at me and my family when it was the mistake of another colleague who took the wrong order! How pathetic. He could afford to say “now i’ll have to cancel it because of your wrong order. Thanks to you we staffs have to pay for the mistake you made”. Like excuse me?! Perhaps do some thorough research first in regards to knowing the fault was on whose side before harping on the wrong person. My family and I would normally come to this place almost every sunday for breakfast but adios from now on, thanks to your staff’s arrogance and stupidity! Contradicting to what other has commented. Service was bad and staff off the light when my husband was using the washroom which cause him nearly a fall and unfortunately he sprain his ankle! Dim sum quality are sub standard. The cheong fun skin were thick, same goes to the har gao skin, probably the thickest that I have tasted in the past 15 years. The yu mai (handmade fish ball) texture were sub par as well, although the taste was ok. We ordered steam pork ribs as well, but the pork ribs still have a porky taste which were quite unpleasant. Dimsum is good, place looks clean and price is reasonable for the setting. Only complain is the chili sauce is a scary looking red colour that looked too artificial to consume. Often I wish I brought my own bottle 😁

Edit: Not very happy in my subsequent visit. When there's a que, there's no system to sequence / order the entry. If customers don't que according to arrival, you'll not get the space you need. I've crossed this place when there are ques and it is quite frequent - which warrant some sort of system. 2ndly, no stools provided for elderly during their wait. Very disappointing.
