Worst customer service ever. Got threw with an very bad attitude after my friends asking for glasses of water instead of flavoured drinks. I told him because my friends don't prefer sweetened drinks but still we were told that they're just not serving any sky juices. We were then "force" to order others drinks that's more 'expensive', only then we can "add on" any sky juice. Not long after we settle down, we were ask to move our seats as they need to clean, its fine, it's understandable. But soon we found out there were other customers that are still sitting at the same place as they were a different race? This is clearly just racist and criticisms. lol this place got closed down in april(?) for like 2 weeks definitely got cleanliness issue with their bathroom (which is right next to the kitchen..) since then they switched to the single use plastic cups instead of the regular kopitiam style 😔

anyways, never had any stomach problems with them, if i have there aren't any experiences of mine that were memorable. their prices have gone up since they closed for 2 weeks tho, papadam from 50sen to 80sen walaoye, food hits tho especially maggi goreng ayam holy hell i still visit this place with my family time to time....

And the poor management ask customer order the food with the cashier but no one will follow up . When the food is done just left it on the table until u ask about it,They will only sent you your food(take away) …that’s mean you have to monitor the kitchen and remind all the staff what you’ve order since the cashier are busy without telling the waitress who is takeaway!!!

Hired so much employee without a good leader. Make everyone work...
