Generally, improved their cleanliness of late. A variety of food choices for lunch and dinner. Different stall operators for lunch and dinner time! My personal fav for lunch time.? Chicken rice stall (handle by a pleasant middle age couple.. clean and fast even when there were long queaus for tapauing during lunch time!). Next to it.. the Wantan kon lo mee with char siu, overall, taste yummy too. Far end same row as Chicken rice and Wan tan mee.. is a Teow Chew porridge or rice stall served with braised duck and other side dishes, its nice and reasonably priced too (my hubby's fav! :) For dinner, you have to try the night stalls yourself.. overall, qte a good variety to savour with reasonable price too! Happy trying especially with family and friends for a quick bite...

Good variety of tasty food at this 茶室. Operates day and night. But the food options that I like and have been eating for the past two years only operates before 2pm.

For good wantan mee as breakfast, be sure to try this wantan mee (in photo). If u like wantan mee with tasty sauce and good char siew, this is the one.

And do try out this roast meat stall (in photo) before 2pm. I love their char siew rice and always dabao for lunch. It changes to another operator after 2pm. Don't try the wrong operator.

Lastly, do try out the 正记卤味 for their tasty 卤鸭 and other 卤味. But do buy early as this stall usually sells out by 1pm.

Only downside to this 茶室 is the drinks stall selling coffee and tea is not...

It open from brunch till late dinner. For lunch time, chicken rice are pretty decent. We call it "Hong Kong taste" If you craving for some porridge they have a small teochew porridge taste pretty good. See those stew meat will make you more hungrier. If you drop by for dinner, pork noodle is a must to try. Cook by a humble guy. The pork soup are pretty solid and the portion is huge. For sure it will fill up your empty belly. If still not enough, can try some add on fried chicken. The taste won't lose to KFC xD. They have BBQ chicken wing and satay as well. Pretty decent if you ask me....
