Environment not good .. toilet is dirty Food So so.. and the boss is very straight on 2 hours limit time.first time go but counter didn’t inform us limit 2 hours, normally if got limit time , staff will come to inform last call , anything have to order ? But they didn’t .when we want to order food , the ladies boss come to stop us said can’t order already , we inform them just now we wait soup boil but more than one hour soup still not yet boiled but the lady boss still insist is only 2 hours then they will keep all the stove and steamboat.. bad experience fr first time dine in, the first and also the last .. the boss ask us share and like their fb to get rm3 rebate before we start our dinner, luckily we didn’t .. Facebook show 30k followers can’t be trust,becos of Rm 3 rebate no wonder fb can’t find any comment maybe is hidden by owner . The steamboat soup have to pay Rm 20 extra even we already pay fr buffet price Rm 44.90 but soup taste not good , problem is wait fr one hour +, The soup won't boil, until we inform staff, but still have to wait . Steamboat food not fresh , food limited, when we need to order 3rd times they lady boss, said can’t becos time up, problem is we don’t know got time limit, so that the first and second time order seafood , we ordered each time one plate, if we know we will order more in advance on first and second time, problem is 2 hours dine in , first hours is waiting soup boil.. lady boss insist no excuse fr this issue and not allow their staff to send our order to us . Very disappointed on this service , not worth it . Is really the first...

The Worst experience of eating steamboat buffet in west Malaysia. We ordered extra "yin yang" soup but ended up both soup tasteless.

Me and my friends saw the fb page posted video which we can catch the Fresh prawn by the side and barbecue. However it was so disappointing that only a few prawn swimming at the side which you have to wait very long only they will refill it.

Option of drinks are limited. Only soft drinks and beer. Its not a children friendly nor breastfeeding friendly way of buffet at all.

The restaurant limits 2 hours time for dining in. We stayed overtime of 9 minutes to finish the drink and food also cant get back deposit. VERY POOR FRONT SERVICE BY THE staff at the COUNTER (nickname ah yu). (despite many empty seats and no customer awating outside)

The seafood there is not fresh at all. There is no chicken wings as well. Variety of fruits seen in the video but in reality only can see watermelon. Really felt cheated! If can give review of minus mark i would have give that. The owner of the restaurant should really take reviews into serious matter as i just realised many ppl already given poor reviews in google and yet nothing changed.

My ADVICE IS PLEASE DON'T WASTE...

Regrettably, my recent visit to Eat Song Song for their buffet dinner left much to be desired. The food quality was notably below expectations—most dishes lacked flavor and freshness, contributing to a disappointing dining experience.

Moreover, the service during the buffet was subpar. The staff seemed unwilling to promptly refill shortages at the buffet stations, leaving various trays empty for extended periods. Even after multiple requests, they showed reluctance and, at times, appeared unaware of customers waiting for essential dishes to be replenished.

Additionally, a particular incident highlighted the lack of customer-centric approach: when requesting a simple refill of ice cream, the response was disheartening. The staff member cited the kitchen's closure, dismissing the request outright without offering an alternative or attempting to accommodate the diner's reasonable request.

Furthermore, it was disappointing that on our last attempt to draw attention to an unstocked dish, the staff appeared disengaged, neglecting the customer's request entirely.

The cashier's attitude further added to the unpleasant experience—lacklustre service without a hint of warmth or courtesy...
