Chagee 霸王茶姬 • You City III — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

The staff efficiency here is so bad! I placed order at 4.30pm through apps, and it stated 9 cups to go only. I waiting in car and expect to get an update in apps in another 5mins, but after 15mins there no update even! I get into the shop and saw there are few cups ready there and my order number is showing on the brewing section in the TV screen. Hence I just keep waiting for another 10mins. After that, I was wondering the orders are not much and staffs are not so busy also, hence I check on the few cups which alrd ready there when I stepped in the shop.

The terrible thing is! My order is among the few cups that ready there since I stepped into the shop! But the staff never update the system! The overall waiting time for the 9cups that show in the system takes me 30mins until I found out myself ! If I didn’t find out myself means I have to keep waiting there! Is this what Chagee service should have??? Please give me a good respond on...

It was my first time ordering chagee via app at this store. The staffs here are so kind and lovely. Everything went so smoothly and very quick, not more than 5 minutes of waiting.

I ordered its da hong pao milk tea, boya jasmine green milk tea, white peach oolong milk tea, tie guan yin emerald milk tea. All drinks in regular sizes.

The taste of da hong pao as good as usual which is my favourite of all drinks, with that creaminess of milk. The white peach seems to taste a little pale even ordered normal sugar. Then, I tried its tie guan yin emerald for the first time and I would say I am not a fan of it. I can taste that bitterness from the matcha I guess at every sip despite normal sugar.

Overall, good experience from the customer service. Yet, okay experience from the taste of the tea. Would probably ordered my usual go to drink, da hong...

Drinks were okay, only staff attitude irritates me. Went here 17 Jan, 8pm. There's that one particular male staff, glaring at every customer that comes into the shop, when I waited 10 mins for my drink and went to ask if it's done he just stares at me, stay silent and point to the back where the machine are. Such stupid and kurang ajar attitude, why Chagee employ these kind of people in working FNB, where's the standard???Drinks also prepared very slow, sometimes when your drink is prepared the app wont shows until you go there to ask, that is why I went to the counter to ask.
