The service was terrible, and the staff were not friendly. One of the Malay staff didn't explain about the price. As first-time customers, we were unaware of the price. I came alone to buy just one ice cream, but they gave me three separate cups and billed me accordingly. When I asked why the price was above RM 35, they simply replied that it's for three ice creams.
