Hi, I would like to make a complaint regarding my recent experience at ZUS Amanjaya Mall.
I ordered a Matcha Latte and requested for it without sweet milk. However, the staff refused to accommodate my request, stating that they could not change the SOP. I found this response quite disappointing, especially since I’ve had the exact same request accepted without issue at another ZUS branch.
To make matters worse, the tone used by the staff felt inappropriate and dismissive. One of them mentioned that they were being watched by CCTV and couldn’t fulfill my request because they were afraid their superior might get angry — which, to me, reflects more on their internal work culture than anything else.
I hope ZUS can look into this matter seriously. Customers should be treated consistently and with respect, regardless of the branch. And a simple request like adjusting milk sweetness should be handled with more flexibility — especially when it has been allowed at other...

Today, 21/6/2024, about 4.30 p.m., I repeated the same drink at Zus Coffee in Amanjaya Mall, and it tasted bland ☹️ without any hazelnut or coconut milk flavor at all.
