Waited for more than 1 hr for our dish.... we can understand there's a lot of customers around but is 1 hour sensible without acknowledging customers?? One of the dish we ordered was signature toufu and the waiter or the chef should know that if the ingredients of the dish is not available, customers should be told right immediately, and after all our dish has been served then only the waitress notice us of signature toufu has finished...quite efficient huh?? Second issue is about reservation of the restaurant, we wanted to reserve a place in the restaurant but was told by the person in the phone reservation cannot be done since it was a public holiday...so we have no choice but to walk in and dine in but we realised that the table in front of us which come later than us has their dish served earlier than us and after we questioned one of the person in the restaurant, that person claimed that their reservation has been done before this....hmmm cannot make reservations during public holiday??? Third issue is the dish that the restaurant served, the sweet and sour sauce fish, and kong bo prawn mantis, do you guys put water in the fish, the sauce is very thick, chef prefer heavy taste?? Well, honestly speaking, its not worth to wait more than 1 hour for this "cheap" dish, sorry to say that, but there are bunch of seafood restaurants that is far better than this, first visit and this is the impression i have because we were tired after travelling and this is the service we have... **hope the owner of the restaurant can look into this issue... It is one of the best Chinese restaurant in SP and I'll get straight to my reasonings below.
(The good) -It gives the old classic wedding theme for those who prefer simplicity.
-Food quality is great and delicious.
-Food prices are cheap.
-The place is warm as the restaurant is using fans.
(The bad) -Booking a table is essential due to many weddings being held in this restaurant.
-Parking space is lacking unfortunately and some people may have to park far away from the restaurant especially when there is a wedding.
-The food is sadly repetitive. The restaurant owner has not improve(add new dish) his dish for many years. So, for people who got invited to many weddings here, they will most likely not come here on a casual basis.
-The service could be slow if there are too many customers(average waiting time ranges from 30 mins to 1.5 hours)

Very bad experience here:
No Early Reservation Allowed (Understandable, we waited for 1.5 hours but those who came later than us got served first. Eventually we left the restaurant without having our food served. We have 2 elderly person with us who are starving)
Rude Staff (Came and told us no such thing as other customers receive their food earlier than us when confronted)
Bad Service (Called to make reservation and was declined, we accepted the fact and proceed to walk-in instead. Yet still being let down by abovesaid scenario)
Summary: Have been a regular customer as I often travel from KL. Used to be on top of my 'must visit' list.
Ever since the fiasco, will never revisit again. And most definitely never looking back. Work on your hospitality. It is a disgrace to your community.
