I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable behaviour and poor customer service I experienced at your establishment. The incident involved a specific staff member (photo attached) who displayed an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude towards me as a paying customer.
This is not the first time such behaviour has occurred at your outlet. Based on the numerous similar complaints available in public reviews, it is evident that issues concerning staff misconduct and lack of basic courtesy are ongoing and have not been properly addressed by management.
As a customer, I found the staffâs conduct wholly inappropriate â including facial expressions, tone of voice, and general lack of respect. Such actions not only tarnish the reputation of Kek Sayang, but also demonstrate a disregard for customer satisfaction and professionalism.
I strongly urge the management to: Conduct an internal review into this matter, particularly regarding the staff member involved. Retrain your employees on proper customer service standards. Issue an appropriate response or corrective action to ensure such incidents do not recur.
Please treat this complaint seriously. Should there be no satisfactory response or action taken, I will not hesitate to escalate this matter further to the relevant consumer authorities for formal investigation.

Kek Sayang adalah sebuah kedai kek yang bermakna bagi saya sejak kecil kerana saya sering berkunjung ke kedai ini yang terletak berdekatan dengan pejabat ayah saya. Minggu lepas saya telah singgah untuk membeli kek sempena hari jadi ayah. Saya mengambil beberapa gambar kek untuk dihantar kepada adik saya supaya dia boleh membantu saya membuat pilihan kek yang bersesuaian.
Namun, pengalaman terbaru saya berkunjung ke kedai kek ini agak mengecewakan. Ketika saya cuba mengambil gambar kek ais krim, saya tidak perasan ada tali kain yang digunakan untuk menahan pintu peti sejuk. Itu memang kesilapan saya, tetapi saya rasa tidak profesional apabila seorang pembantu kedai (perempuan, berbadan besar) mengumpat saya kepada rakan sekerjanya di kaunter. Selain itu, saya juga ingin mencadangkan agar susunan kek diubah. Kini kek-kek disusun mengikut jenis seperti kek strawberi, kek lobak merah, dan sebagainya, bukannya mengikut saiz atau berat spertimana kedai kek yang biasa saya kunjungi. Jadi, saya terpaksa berjalan ke hampir semua peti sejuk untuk melihat kek yang tersedia. Selain itu, untuk kek ais krim, elok jika menu kek ais krim ditampal pada pintu kaca peti sejuk agar pelanggan tidak perlu membukanya. Dan tolonglah letak notis bercetak, bukannya mengata dan badmouth pelanggan.
Saya juga menyarankan agar pemilik atau pengurus kedai ini mempertimbangkan untuk membandingkan cara penyusunan kek dengan kedai kek lain, sama ada kek disusun mengikut berat/saiz atau jenis rasa. Ini boleh memudahkan pelanggan membuat pilihan.
Lokasi kedai sekarang juga kurang sesuai kerana susah nak cari...
