KFC — Restaurant in Kedah

I would like to report a disappointing experience I had at your KFC Centre Square outlet. I ordered a simple meal, but my order was significantly delayed without any explanation.

What upset me most was that three other customers who ordered after me were served first, while I was left waiting without any update or communication from the staff. Only after all those orders were completed did I finally receive mine.

I hope this matter will be looked into seriously, and steps will be taken to improve the customer service at this outlet. Thank you for...

Mala chicken must try for spicy chicken lover! The size of chicken also huge & worth with the price. However, The spice bit over, very thirsty after done eating.

The environment bit dull@ not clean. The stuffs not done cleaning work? As the table also sticky. Sad..

Staffs also not friendly.
