Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kedah

This is our first visit here and hygiene is a big factor in my review.

Good: -The overall food was acceptable and hot

-The female staff serving our food was efficient in attending to us

Bad: -Plates and utensils were dirty (photos attached) upon sitting. This could be avoided if staffs pay attention but obviously laziness got the better of them.

-Took 5 mins for someone to come serve us (not many tables occupied at the time) even after raising our hands. One staff was busy taking orders while the others just watched so service needs...

Servis yang paling buruk sekali. Dari segi

Customer service Staff yang layan di meja kami tak banyak membantu memandangkan cara nak order tu pakai QR code. Pizza Hut should think overall kepada pelanggan yang tak berapa pandai dengan electronic macam QR code untuk order. You guys patutnya teruskan ambil order macam pizza hut sebelum ni, secara manual, tulis dekat note. QR code order memang efisien tapi bagi orang yang takde masalah dengan teknologi. Dan kami yang tak berapa pandai teknologi ni pula tak pandai nak buat order, staff sikit pun tak tunjuk cara nak buat, just datang bila kami panggil tu pun lama tunggu, tunjuk cara terus pergi.

Long to wait If ramai orang dekat restoran ni saya tak kisah tapi meja yang ade orang cuma 5 termasuk meja kami. Sangat lama untuk tunggu makanan sampai, nak order pun susah pakai QR code. Kami juga terdengar abang Food Panda yang tengah tunggu order, cakap kat kawan dia sorang lagi yang order dia nak dekat 4 jam dia tunggu still tak siap2 lagi..

Utensils Hygiene Review ni Saya tengok memang dari haritu sampai sekarang mesti akan ada bad utensil Hygiene. Tolong improve...

the service here is so slow. i've been here a lot and the service is always so slow ...slow and a bad service (rude) ....an explosive combination 🙆‍♀

VERY VERY BAD SERVICE !!!!!! Please kalau ada option pegi tempat lain...service sini bertahun dh...
