The food was delicious and there is no problem with that as this restaurant is a franchise. My family members had no issue with the food.
However, I clearly remember telling the waiter to make sure there are no onions in any of my dishes. But there were onions and I had an allergic reaction (thank god my cousin had the antihistamine medication).
I have to give this restaurant a bad review because the service was so bad. There were eight waiters and they took their time to serve the food the customers.
We had to tell them please take the menu away, please bring extra plates and please clear the dishes. If you are in the Food and Beverage Industry, you should be aware of the things you have to do. My uncle was in the industry and he was clearly not happy with the services.
Personally I have seen better services at smaller restaurants.
The waiters went to each and every table to ask their customers to write a good review for them. Your customers will write a good review if your service is on par. However the service was bad.
The waiters did not leave the customers until they wrote a review. My cousin wrote her honest opinion in the review section and the waiter left us.
As we were walking out of the restaurant, the manager went to my family and asked my cousin to delete the negative review. Being a good person, my cousin deleted her review.
I don't understand this because whenever you ask for a review, the customer will give his or her honest answer. If you want a good review from your customer then you must provide good service. But the service was bad.
Although the food was delicious except for my little incident, I believe that this restaurant can do better.
I recommend the management retrains everybody that provides face to face service. I genuinely believe this restaurant can go beyond but they have to retrain...
Read moreI was here for my mom's 60th birthday lunch with my family of four and we had an exceptional experience. The dishes were exquisite and fantastic flavors I must say.
We tried the Tandoori Chicken Biryani, Mutton Bamboo Biryani, South Indian Banana Leaf Non-Vege Set, Butter Naan, Paneer Tikka, and Mutton Chettinad.
Review: The Tandoori Chicken Biryani impressed us with its soft rice and tender, flavorful chicken. The Mutton Bamboo Biryani was more rich in flavor, and we preferred it over the regular biryani. The Butter Naan was incredibly soft and complemented the Paneer Tikka and Mutton Chettinad perfectly. The paneer had a delightful flavor with a hint of spiciness, and the mutton was tender with a lingering spiciness. The Banana Leaf meal, featuring 11 dishes, was a hit, particularly the Payasam.
Drinks: We tried the signature Mojito, which was decent. My parents enjoyed the Masala Tea so much that they called Mr. Vinoth to compliment the smoothness of the tea. My brother tried Madurai's authentic Jigarthanda drink for the first time, love its creamy texture similar to our Malaysian ABC but with a unique and enjoyable twist.
For desserts, we ordered Gula Melaka and Almond Kulfi, with the Gula Melaka Kulfi standing out as my personal favorite.
Overall, our dining experience was excellent. The staffs warmly greeted us and provided great service. Not only was the food delicious, but the attentive service stood out. The staff checked on us multiple times, ensuring we enjoyed our meal and even offered to refill my dad's side dishes for his Banana Leaf meal.
Thank you, and we look forward to visiting again. My mom is eager to return for...
Read moreMost recently I visited this restaurant. To be honest despite my other family members have been here, it was my first time here with my daughter.
I ordered the Mughlai Chicken, honestly speaking as a cook myself it was made with perfection, the chicken that simmers was cooked with a rich onion-based brown yellow gravy which incorporated spices, nuts (cashews and almonds), and fruit (sultanas or golden raisins, either one of these was used) graved with the rich texture coated with a finale of coconut milk riched, simply tasty. This dish was dined by me of which I chose 2 pieces of Chapati in which the traditional type and a masala type. Both we're well cooked, as which the atta flour was well mannered well enough, based on the texture. Drinks I had masala tea, it was good as well. Overall, gravy a 9.8/10, Chapati 9.5/10, and the drink 7.9/10.
As for the service, the employees are really hardworking. I did stumble upon a few rude customers whom I can personal say, need to acknowledge what are the mistakes they are doing instead of just complaining. For my part, a waiter named Mr.Israfil served me. I was really delighted by his presence as he was really helpful and respectful at all times. I would give all of the credit to all of them there for being apart and working along to make things happen. For the waiter whom served me, an extra credit as for his wonderful hospitality towards us.
Overall, to wrap-up I will surely revisit this place again and also recommend to others as well. Worth the penny spent. Keep it up and always maintain your services, that will keep you guys running with good...
