Hotel 99 Bandar Botanik Klang — Hotel in Klang Municipal Council

Singaporeans looking for a cheap stay, like hotel 81(SG) can consider this. I want to still thank the staff there for trying their level best to make the hotel the best looking. However here are some disturbing encounters,I think the bed, pillows are infested with bed bugs, the bed covers are dirty unwashed when we checked in. Literally what you can expect from Hotel 81. I wasn’t really bothered, but my husband was having a hard time with the itch. The toilet bowel seat cover was broken. There was no hairdryer in our room. The door handle had a hole which was so terrifying; I was afraid that someone can peep in or just push it open. The aircon was just running on its on time and mind, didn’t get any cold air till we had to leave our keycard inside to keep the aircon running for more then 8 hours to make the room minimally cold even. Everything was just terrible with this place! Not recommending this to any Singaporeans, of course for those looking for...

Such a racist hotel which ever I see in my life. Can’t even smile to customer and also approach to people with politely. Seriously unsafe. Counter staff always love to hang on phone and also love to do make up plus shouting with singing song invade people wanted to book room also keep on bothering with their work. Unsafe room and hotel conditions, the door of the room have serious sign of prying from inside and outside. Indoor door latch was broken and door manual lock was faulty too. Stairs was partially block, hotel receptionist was rude and blast the tv audio so its very noisy. Room and pillow was smelly. It’s a very unsafe condition for family and solo travelers.
