Worst restaurant to go around this area. Bad service and no manager. Terrible experience

Staff do not speak malay here and has passed the message that “i am from immigration “

Your staff did not provide me with a paper and pen. If it is your restaurant you should know now that there were no paper and pen at the table outside at all. Why not you rewind your cctv that was there to see ?

If you have comments, you can reply to my whatsapp to as i have whatsapped you, but you choose to reply here to proove to people here you are correct.

I did not want to complain about your food. But here you go. Pictures will be attached below. Half cooked telur dadar. And sour spaghetti carbonarra.

Compare the 2 telur dadar below, to see how inconsistent is it. Even complaining to staff has no point since they dont speak english or malay.

If you are the manager replying as it normally should be, you were there to be seen. To add on, your worker was playing with the plate and throwing it in the air while he was passing it to me. He also said that he will help me transferring food into the shade while it was raining and proceeded doing something else while all my food got wet.

Hope everyone who sees this do not go through what i went through but also take this as a guide when searching for a restaurant around this area

It is clear you are unable to take complaints against your food and services and is unable to provide customer satisfaction because of how you reply.

Trusting your workers who made mistakes over apologizing seems to be your nature. Its obvious that alot of people who go through this can even contact you on whatsapp but you prefer an “open conversation “

Trust me, i am not “threathening” why not attach the part on the whatsapp measage when i said. “ i have spoken politely to your worker until he allowed my food to be wet in the rain?” It is not threatening ya. I am informing what i am doing so before doing it. Not to worry, atleast we as customers know the true colour of this eatery

Good to also know, i cant find a manager at the restaurant to address my concerns but can find him/her in the review section of google

Here for dinner with family. Food consider ok la.. we ordered Maggie goreng no sayur and telur saja.. First order came correct.. then when we want to tambah order, we ordered the same but the order was wrong. That is fine because they offered to change. But then there is one fat lady servant not happy and when the changed Maggie was ready to serve, she said loudly "Kalau ini pun salah memang tak tau la" while saying and she look at our table. I look back at her. While everyone was busy serving customers, this fat lady was sitting there watching her phone and she ate the wrongly serve plate too. Ask me whether I will come again with my family? Maybe yes maybe no.. Mamak Mia management, you better advise your this staff to have some respect...

My friend ordered Indomee mamak mia, but they served him Indomee beef steak. My friend told them to change, and also he doesnt eat beef. But the supervisor there tell him unable to change (????) My friend took a step back and just asked to remove the steak and become Indomee Biasa, then when billing, they charged him the same price as Indomee Beef Steak, and claims that the price already key in system, cannot change already (hahaha??)
