Booked a room for three people (1 queen and 1 single bed) which apparently was on third floor. Not suitable if you come with elderly people. The receptionist was saying that all others room in floor below is fully booked. But, honestly there were only a few car parked outside the hotel.. no sign of people. Although booked for three people, only two towel were given, and was told that there were problem with dobi and to share the towel. Was also told that there will be charge incurred of rm10 for extra towel..which doesn't make sense because the room was supposed to get 3 towel. Overall, not really...

I arrived 5am in the morning from Johor to be told the room is fully booked eventho I booked early in Agoda which the room still available. The receiptionist said they will cancel in the booking and refund straight away. Unfortunately till today I did not receive any refund! To make it worst, they are unable to verify today about this. Try to get easy...

Tunjuk gambar bukan main cantik lagi..nampak luas la sikit..sekali realiti mcm bodoh..buka pintu terus katil..dpn katil pintu bilik air..jarak antara katil ke bilik air ada da selangkah je..sampai ruang nk solat pun xde..bengang punye pasal..aku terus check out n cr hotel lain..bila minta refund dkt oyo..oyo buat bodoh je..mmg oyo bodoh..lps ni aku xkan guna khidmat oyo bodoh ni lagi..semoga hotel taj n oyo ni sedar...
