This hidden gem of a cafĂ© in Jalan Ipoh 3rd Miles is not one youâd casually spot along the main roads. Itâs the kind of place youâll only find through recommendations.
With Christmas just around the corner, the café has already been decorated for the festive season. Combined with its original Muji-style design, the atmosphere feels incredibly warm and cozy.
The interior features a high-ceiling layout, giving the space an airy and spacious vibe. This is one of our go-to cafĂ©s, and weâve visited multiple times already.
One of the standout dishes we ordered every times was the chicken burger. The chicken was perfectly fried to a golden crisp, juicy, and tender. What really elevated the burger was the special sauce â slightly tangy and spicy, giving it a refreshing kick. It wasnât overly greasy like some burgers tend to be. The salad that came with it was fresh and paired with a light dressing, making it a nice, refreshing side.
I also tried something new this time â the nachos. There are two options available, one with beef and one with Turkey Ham. We went with the Turkey Ham nachos, but unfortunately, it was a bit of a letdown. The and texture was not crispy , which wasnât as enjoyable. This dish fell short compared to their usual standards. That said, the rest of the food weâve tried on previous visits â like their pasta and other mains â have always been excellent and consistent.
As for drinks, we ordered the iced latte, which was as good as ever. Their coffee never disappoints. However, the fruit juice we tried was just average â nothing too exciting or memorable.
The cafĂ© has a paid parking lot with plenty of parking spaces, so finding a spot is never an issue if youâre driving.
We will still...

"I recently had the pleasure of trying the Nasi Goreng Petai at thrid mile , and I must say it was a delightful culinary adventure. The dish was a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, with the distinct aroma of petai pods infusing the rice with a unique fragrance. The stir-fried rice was perfectly seasoned, showcasing the chef's expertise in balancing the spices and ingredients. The addition of tender chicken pieces and fresh vegetables added both depth and freshness to the dish.
What truly stood out was the bold inclusion of petai, which brought a rich earthiness and a hint of bitterness that beautifully contrasted with the savory elements. It might be an acquired taste, but if you're a fan of this exotic ingredient, you're in for a treat. The portion size was generous, making it a satisfying meal on its own.
If you're feeling adventurous and looking to explore new flavors, I highly recommend trying the Nasi Goreng Petai at thrid mile. It's a dish that pushes culinary boundaries and is sure to leave a lasting impression on your...
