The room was exceptionally spacious, offering a truly comfortable and memorable experience. It boasted a delightful Jacuzzi and a relaxing hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The room comfortably accommodated up to five people and included two televisions, ensuring entertainment for everyone. We were particularly pleased with the impeccable cleanliness of the room, where every detail seemed to have been carefully attended to. Furthermore, the air conditioning worked wonderfully, providing a consistently refreshing and comfortable temperature throughout our entire stay, making it a truly enjoyable experience. When we first went in, it still felt okay, but we noticed the bed was a bit dirty, and the toilet door was also dirty. When we lay down, we could see the roof, and we’re not sure why it looks yellowish—maybe water leaks through when it rains.

The most important thing is: please, please, please fix the room door. It can be locked from inside, but here’s the scary part—when my boyfriend went downstairs and I locked the door, he was able to open it easily from outside without a card! At first, I thought he used a card to scan, but no—he just turned the handle and opened the door.

Can you imagine how scary that is? If someone comes in while we're sleeping, we wouldn't even know. We even tested it again—locked the door, then tried opening it from outside, and it still opens easily without scanning anything. This is...

The hotel environment was clean and well-maintained, and the room and bathroom were in good condition. The hot water for bathing was a nice touch.
