2 Sisters Cafe — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

We celebrated our cousin here for 3 paxs. The food is good. But it is really unfortunate that this had happened at our first ever visit to this restaurant for their poor service. We ordered chicken chop and burger( the normal restaurant will provided the knife if the food need to cut) . But the waiter dont alert to served us knife. When i call them to have a knife, the waiter only give me one knife , they should give us 2 knife actually than i had to call them again for another knife. Next, after we already eat and our plate dah habis makan , the waitress ulang alik sebelah meja kami tanpa mengambil plate yg dah dimakan, so i had to put all our plate yg telah dimakan , behind the empty table .and i had to call them to clear our plate. After we enjoyed our food there, I ask waiter to bring my cousin birthday cake to sing together. layanan waiter and waitress was oke except their service again, we had to ask them, where is the cake knife, the waiter had to go down and take the knife, after cut the cake, the waiter forgot to give us small plate for cake , i had to call them again for plate, and again , the waiter forgot to bring plate with spoon, so i had to call again to have a small spoon. Because of their bad service , its really made our mood a bit off, seriously , you need to give your waiter waitress training again to improve their essential skill service to served the customer more profesional and to maintain your restaurant to get a regular/repeat customer .My concern was only your staff here need to improve on service. I would have given more stars if I could. This is my first time here as I was walking around without a specific food joint in mind and decided to try here. The food is great and tasty. No doubt about that.

Service is really nothing to write home about. Food was served without cutlery. I waited for almost 2 minutes and mind you, the servers weren't anywhere busy at all as they walked out chatting and walked back in chatting and smiling amongst themselves. I have to wave to get their attention to request for cutlery.

Then came atmosphere.... Ambience is really okay with soothing music playing in the background. Fly is not okay and not right at all considering it is a proper restaurant, serving quite expensive food in an air conditioning restaurant. I have to be very vigilant whilst eating lest the fly land on my food.

I'm okay with the pricing considering it sort of matches with the quality of the food. What I'm definitely not okay with was that I'm being charged RM1.50 for a takeaway cup for a drink that already cost RM18.90. Go figure... This is the sort of daylight robbery people are talking about.

Think about your charges before you blindly charged your customers. Your restaurant is charging premium prices for food. Just a food for thought for you owner/s of this restaurant..... waive the takeaway charges for...
