4Fingers Crispy Chicken @ Wangsa Walk — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Placed an order for pick up this afternoon as the youngest decided she too tired from skating to go for lunch in melawati (which was the original plan)

So 4Fingers became the alternative option - takeaway of course as I didn’t want to end up with a sleeping child while we’re dining.

Left Abang at the store to collect the order while the rest of us waited in the parked car.

Long story short the online order was ready for pick up 20 mins after it was placed (my preferred mode is always make use of digital means wherever available). Reminded Abang to get the staff to confirm that all the items are in order and packed before I headed over with the car.

Reached home and the family went through their meals - when Kakak asked where is her mochi. Checked 3x across all the bags and accepted the fact that the mochi was indeed missing.

Called the store and explained the situation. Kamal, the supervisor (i think), apologised profusely for the error and offered to arrange for the item to be delivered via Lalamove - which I agreed (the item being for someone who is under the weather)

30 mins later / the mochi was delivered and Kakak was a happy camper - and her mama too - coz Kamal had added another set - as a token of apology which is much appreciated 🙏.

We’ve always frequented this store and with the latest experience, will continue to patronise the same outlet for its excellent customer service (apart from the yummy...

I had a great time at 4fingers restaurant last night. The food was awesome, especially the crispy chicken wings and the fries. They were so flavorful and satisfying. The drinks were just ordinary, nothing to write home about. I ordered iced lemon tea and it tasted like any other iced lemon tea I've had before.

The restaurant was clean and spacious, but there was only one washbasin on the ground floor. Customers had to go upstairs to wash their hands after eating, which was a bit inconvenient. I also noticed that some customers didn't clear their tables after they finished their meals. They just left their rubbish on the table, which was rude and disrespectful. I think some people in Malaysia still don't understand how a self-service restaurant works. You are supposed to clean up after yourself and put your trays in the designated area.

Overall, I enjoyed my experience at 4fingers restaurant and I would recommend it to anyone who loves fried chicken and Korean food. The service was fast and friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely...

for an hour had to wait for the rice to be cooked. no no e informed us customers. once i approached the staff to talk to the manager, MANAGER WAS NOT PRESENT DURING PEAK HOUR ON WEEKEND! leaving just 2 new staff to handle the issue. Absolutely outrageous that 4 Fingers requested the manager to bank in the store money on a Saturday before 5PM and not at closing time without any proper substitution?!?
