A&W Wangsa Walk Mall — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Hey A&W wangsa walk Mall, To be honest i am extremely disappointed with your bad service. As a walk-in customer i was treated very poorly but considering it is Ramadan so i try my best to be patience with such insolence service provided by your managers and Stuff. I wanted to purchase the 2 litre bottles of Root beer for my family’s Buka puasa dinner but i was told that it is not available as all the bottles are fully booked and that i need to order it 1 day in advanced to be able to purchase it, it seems odd to me but knowing that my sickly mother craves for it. I’m willing to order it but your staff refused to take the order as she said that it is fully booked and A&W have no more stock cause The manager’s customer has ordered 100 bottles of A&W Root beers???? Mind explaining this bizarre situation to me? And ONLY THE MANAGER Handling the orders?? So us walk-in customers are not important and have no right to purchase? Your staff is unable to provide a proper explanation to me as to why i can’t order or purchase the Root beer. I also happened to see that some person is selling the A&W bottles at a cheaper price and original from the store. Please do check is there’s any hanky panky going on your...

The big renovation done here is to limit its counter from 3 to 1. And the POS machine broke down during rush dinner time. No longer a fast food, just a let down. Don't follow the trend of ordering and let the customer wait for you call the order number. We are not waiting like in the clinic or hospital. That system sucks. I hated it. I used to work in the F&B during my youth. Without the the tech we can serve our customers 3 minutes tops per customer. This ia without the Clampshell grill, the POS and other nifty gadjets now day....

This place will always have a special place in my heart—it’s been a favorite since childhood! Their corny dogs and root beer are unbeatable. The taste and quality have never changed over the years, which is honestly so rare these days.

They’ve really stepped up on service too. Ever since they introduced the online ordering kiosk, food comes out super fast. No more long waits, even during busy hours. The place is always clean, well-kept, and welcoming. Still my go-to comfort spot after all...
