I’m being polite when I say this,

Rotiboy should just stick to selling Rotiboy.

In all honesty the food was below satisfactory. We ordered one plate of curry chicken rice, which was a disgrace to chicken rice, in general, one plate of fettuccine chicken carbonara, two glasses of iced latte and iced matcha latte, and two Rotiboy. Let’s break it down one by one.

Curry Chicken Rice Simply put, it was a bad decision on our part. The curry didn’t even make an effort to meld with the flavour of the rice. The cabbage portion? It’s better for them to not serve it with such little amount. It was only like what? a spoonful? That’s all.

Fettuccine Chicken Carbonara BLAND. OVERCOOKED PASTA. SMALL PORTION FOR RM19.80 (you’re better off getting pasta at Secret Recipe or sumn).

Iced Latte & Iced Matcha Latte Yknow, some places shouldn’t even try to dabble in selling coffee. The coffee here was ATROCIOUS and the portion was SMALL. As someone who loves coffee, I call on you to NOT order here and get actual tasty coffee from other coffee chains you can find in this mall. The person who sat next to us had GIGI Coffee with him so that speaks volume.

Service Tell me. How would you feel in a situation where you’re in front of the cashier, holding the money to pay for your food but what do they do? talk to other staff and make you stand there like a dunce waiting for your mom to finish talking to the aunty next door. Tell me. How would you feel?

All in all, it’s best if you come here for the Rotiboy only and get your meals...

went there and tried the lunch set at not only the prices are good but the service i received was over the top! I'd like to praise one of the staff named abang Nasir because his service is really good! From promoting by the entrance, sending food to the table, to the pay at the counter, he's super good in his job and i'm really happy eating here. Would like all staff make him as an example because i really like how welcomed i was in the cafe.

The foods are good too and better than another well known brand (S.R) will surely pick Rotiboy cafe food over anything. I had Spaghetti and the taste is just lovely and delicious. Despite how busy it was because it's the weekend, my food quality were great and waiting time was not long at all.

Overall, the food and the service were good and they really improving in this branch. Keep up...

My husband ( an Italian) and I just discovered this place in our recent visit and it was fast becoming our go to for breakfast. My husband being an Italian, is fussy about his coffee and it was difficult for him to find authentic tasting coffee and to him this outlet serves one of the best he has tasted in KL. The blend is smooth with a hint of chocolaty taste and well prepared. In Italy they say there are 3 components in making perfect coffee - 1) the coffee bean/blend 2) the coffee machine and 3) the barrista. This place has all 3. And the fact that the roti is delicious is an added bonus. The staffs are friendly and makes you feel like friends. We have since left the country but we know where to go for our coffee next time we...
