Had a visit here a few days ago. The food was great — especially the 🧇 waffles with ice cream (forgot the name, but it was really good!). The shop design was nice and welcoming too.
However, there are a few things that could be improved: For those seated on the second floor, especially around 4:00 PM, it gets really hot and bright — even with the air conditioning on. It might be uncomfortable for some, especially those with light sensitivity or visual impairment. Items like tissue, black pepper, salt, and chili flakes should be provided upon request. I felt a bit uncomfortable when the staff handed over the salt but then took it back — not the best experience. Maybe consider introducing a simple membership or loyalty program — it could encourage customers to return more often.

Food/drinks- Houjicha latte: 3.5/5 decent houjicha taste Sky cloud latte: 4/5 looooved their latte, the coffee beans not too strong and the fresh milk used already got the sweetness so it compliments very well. Grape & crysanthemum cream cheese bagel- 2/5 just a typical cream cheese bagel, nothing special. Mentai melt ham bagel- 3.5/5 the mentai sauce is goood gooodd! They used parmesan bagel 🤩 Pain suisse pistachio- 5/5! This pain suisse was superbbbbb! Flaky, crunchy and fluffy at the same time! You can smell the butter when it arrived 🤣 the pistachio sauce just nice, not that sweet!! Perfect ✋🏼🥹 no cap.
