EXSIM | Millerz Square — Local services in Kuala Lumpur

This homestay concept apartment room managed by Maplehome is located in Block E, Millerz Square Old Klang Road, about 15 minutes from Midvalley (it's 30 minutes during jam time) and about 25 minutes from downtown KL.

Booked for the deluxe queen room (can accommodate up to 3 persons), but it is studio room size (about 33m2). There is a queen bed with a sofa bed. It is quite comfortable. Bathroom and shower place is clean and quite modern.

Other features in the room: television with Netflix provided, a huge fridge, washing machine, in built oven, induction stove with hood, iron/ironing board and hair dryer.

Weirdly the room has a main door that opens into a common area with 2 room doors inside. It gets noisy when the next door room comes back or goes out. There are 3 access cards provided, car park, lift and room card. Security is good, you feel safe here.

There is a convenience shop called Bila Bila on the ground floor and many more food outlets as well. Will definitely stay here if there's any business trip in...

There's Tower A, B, C, E so far for residence and there's also shop lots for restaurants (Japanese), Art School, Coffee, etc at the lower area of Tower E I believe which is convenient to grab something. In fact, on level 8 there's like a shared open garden across towers where there are convenience stores. Just nearby in front of this place are the famous eateries including Dim Sum, Hokkien Noodle, Bak Kut Teh and 7-11.

K88 Food Court is just opposite the big road (Old Klang Road) which seems to have up to 30+ varieties of stalls which some open till late night. Unfortunately, most of the stalls are just...

stayed here for vacation with family…it is the service apartment with the best facilities i have ever rented…you can buy any daily necessities without driving…there are many things to eat and also provide free bus to midvaley shopping mall…the leisure facilities, especially the swimming pool, are my favorite…definitely will choose here again when i come to kl...
