We had the pleasure of dining at this charming and cozy restaurant, and I have to say it was a total delight. The ambience was absolutely stunning, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel like a regular. Now let's talk about the food. Oh my goodness, it was divine! To start off, I ordered the Mediterranean Salad which was light, refreshing and perfect for my appetite. Then I had the Spanish Garlic Prawn, which was a simple dish but tasted out of this world. I couldn't resist the urge to order some extra garlic bread to soak up every last bit of the delicious gravy. The prawn cutlet was also a standout dish that I thoroughly enjoyed. As for drinks, we decided to skip the wine and try the signature cocktails. We opted for the Titan and Eclipse, both of which were packed with flavour and perfectly complemented our meal. For dessert, we indulged in the creamy and decadent crème brulee which was the perfect ending to our wonderful meal. All in all, the price was reasonable and the food was exceptional. I had an amazing dining experience at baBulan KL! The creamy butter chicken paired with plain biryani and fragrant basmati rice was an absolute delight for my taste buds. The chicken was tender, and the sauce was perfectly balanced, not too spicy but bursting with flavor.

The ambiance was cozy, and the staff was incredibly attentive, making sure our dining experience was top-notch. It's evident that they take great pride in their food and service.

What sets baBulan KL apart is their diverse menu. Besides Indian cuisine, they offer a wide selection of dishes ranging from appetizers to pasta, burgers, Asian cuisine, and an impressive array of drinks. Whether you're in the mood for something classic or adventurous, they have something for everyone.

We came in during lunch time and were only looking for coffee and dessert honestly. It was quiet during lunch time perhaps because it is still a relatively new restaurant to the neighbourhood.

We had latte, mocha and cappucino and all of them were great! I could taste that they use quality beans for the coffee as it has just the right balance of bitterness and acidity. We also had the tourbillon (pictured below) and the waffles with banana and chocolate drizzle. The tourbillon was a wildcard as it was suggested by one of the owners (I think?) but no regrets there. She said that it's her favourite dessert there and I concur! Waffles were decent.

Overall, I find that it has the potential to be a favourite joint. Service was attentive and prompt. Oh and they also told me that next month they will change the menu as they're currently in soft launch phase. Hoping that there's more choice of...
