Was pretty excited to find this place on Google maps (the daughter wanted some pho for dinner). So expectations wee a bit tad high - especially having spent 4+ years working in Saigon.

Unfortunately, was a little bit disappointed as the pho arrived with the beef a little bit over cooked.

Broth was good, tho it became cold fairly quickly (within 5 mins of being served). which made things go a little bit south

On one hand, If you enjoyed dining at the likes of Pho24 whilst visiting Vietnam, you ll probably like this.

On the other hand, if you ventured into the maze of alleyways on your trip there, this may not open a floodgates of memories.

There was no Hoi Sin sauce available, either - considered a "must have" when tucking into a hot bowl (where the broth cooks the sliced beef as you eat) of pho.

Spring rolls were decent, tho the dipping sauce could have been better.

Staff was friendly and helpful - guided us on to order using the ipad.

There arent that many places in KL that serves Pho. Super Saigon does a decent job (just about) satisfying...

Super Saigon is a halal Vietnamese restaurant that once held promise but has sharply declined.

The service remains courteous, and the modern decor is visually appealing, but the food execution is a profound disappointment.

The Medium Rare Sliced Beef & Well Done Brisket Pho is an insult to the dish’s heritage.

The broth lacks depth—completely flavorless, with no trace of the aromatic complexity that defines a proper pho, achieved through hours of simmering bones, star anise, and charred aromatics. It was barely lukewarm, a cardinal sin for a dish meant to be steaming hot. Accompaniments were meager: a single sprig of basil and a small lime wedge, insufficient to enhance the dish. The rice noodles were overcooked and mushy.

The tiger prawn and veggie fresh paper rolls were worse! The rice paper wrapper was tough and chewy. The shrimp inside was minuscule, barely discernible in flavor or texture.

This experience was wholly unacceptable. I won’t return, and I strongly advise against dining here if you value authentic...

Used to love this place. Parking senang cari.l ovethe food but I want to made few complaints (for a trip that I made after MCO)

  1. daging patutnya medium rare kan. Tapi yang dpt fully cooked(i don't know the right terms).
  2. kenapa qr code kecil cenonet kat depan pintu utk app sejahtera. Ramai gila masuk ( I count almost 10) tak scan sejahtera or catat temperature. The Malays employees tak kisah langsung and semua duduk dalam. Previously, all the foreign workers dia orang tak semua duduk area dalam and were very alert. Furthermore before this a table besar depan pintu masuk Yang jelas tunjuk sop. But now no longer exist and people seem don't care.

But I love the food overall. I appreciate the efforts of keeping the place clean and sanitize the whole time like cleaning up the chairs and tables everytime customer finished eating. Just few suggestions for you guys to...

Visited this place twice. The first time I visited this place was way back in 2017 methinks on a weekend. The place was crowded but service super good. I had chicken breast pho and hot Vietnamese drip coffee with milk, and they tasted pretty legit, almost like the ones I had in Hanoi. The second time I visited this place, it was also crowded with the office crowd. Again, service was quick despite full patronage. Again, food wasn't disappointing. Ordered the same chicken breast pho and hot Vietnamese drip coffee with milk. Except this time round, I made the mistake of not checking my receipt and I ended up paying extra for my meal. Within 3 hours of reporting the incident on their Facebook page, I have received a refund of the mistake. This is dedication not seen in other restaurant! Two thumbs up!

Overall dishes, service, ambience, are all good. Clean and tidy. Guess all of guests would agree. Banh mi, pho, Bun cha were emjoyable and delicious. Banh mi bread was really well cooked and fresh. Soup of the pho was deep and rich. Bun cha sauce was sweet and not too spicy. Last but not least, the vietnamese coffee was superb. If you don't mind choosing "starred" menu, you will not disappointed at all. Above average, I would say. Weather was also very nice on the day I visited, so sitting outside would have been another great option (I ended up having a seat inside, though). Wish I could visit more often in the future. I like those "Good Pho You" and "Super Saigon" naming. Overally decent. Paid RM70 for Banh Mi, Pho, Bun cha, and 2 vietnamese coffee. For your information.
