Bamboo Garden Steamboat Restaurant — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Food variety - quite a lot of meat balls, slices and vege. Price is a bit expensive for ala carte but the portion is ok. The ones we ordered were not so fresh but not stale yet. The parsley is very fresh n bushy. The golden pouch has lots of fish roe inside. The fried bean curd is good to dip into soup briefly. But majority of the food was so so 😔

We were seated the moment we arrived at around 6pm. Open at 5pm. The place was already more than half full! Parking is roadside in front.

However, the menu, order, soup and ingredients arrival were a bit slow.

Fire is very strong n soup gets hot very fast. This place is old style steamboat - will sweat a lot even though there r fans and air coolers.

In total for small eater, the price we spent were around Rm90 for 3 person (mostly vege n some meatballs).

Boss/cashier is polite during payment. Some staffs are local...

I recently tried out this steamboat restaurant and ordered the Tomyum soup base. The soup was incredibly flavorful, with just the right balance of spice and tanginess that you’d expect from a great Tomyum!

It was the perfect base to bring out the best in the fresh ingredients we ordered.

The service was friendly and efficient, and the ambiance made it an ideal spot for a cozy meal with friends.

Highly recommend this place for anyone craving a good steamboat experience with a delicious Tomyum twist!

like the pork bone soup, heard their boss said cook 8 hours freshly everyday without adding milk, taste very good. Tomyum n chinese spicy (mala)soup also very nice, can add spicy according to your taste. Their staff recommended handmade fish ball n dumplings all very fresh. love their special chili sauce if u can take. they now even serve live fresh seafood with buy1free1 promo. can get all my favourite here! reasonable price wv good taste. love it so much will come again...
