Bing's Rotisserie 雞明燒臘 — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I tried the Char Siew Wantan mee, the portions were generous, the staff was attentive, bringing me multiple soup refills as it was quite crowded and i had to wait a little, however it was okay. They have gotten the "production line" well sorted, each and every staff had a role to get orders fulfilled. When my noodles arrived, they made sure everything was in place. The wantans were flavour packed. The char siew, "siewed" just right for a "Wantan Mee" style. But.... theres always a "but" the noodles were quite over cooked. I felt that i needed to highlight this because i want Bing's to put up a good fight with the many legendary "old" stalls in the vicinity. Also especially when Bings has taken much effort to modernise its looks & operations! However it is also my fault as most other patrons were ordering the rice dishes! I will definitely return to try them.... did i mention that i saw a customer having a plate of the most fattest and juiciest looking...

I used to frequent this restaurant for their chicken rice, and it has just reopened after renovations, completing at the end of July. It now looks brand new with a spacious and bright interior✨, and the environment is very clean🍽️

The chicken rice here is fantastic🤤 The chicken is tender and juicy, with skin that's smooth but not greasy, and the rice is perfectly cooked🍚 The roast pork is a must-try, with a crispy exterior and tender meat, each piece full of rich flavor💦

Although the food is highly commendable, I find their kopi slightly lacking☕ It’s not unpleasant, but the taste is fairly average and lacks a distinctive flavor🥲 Overall, it’s still a place worth visiting; both the environment and the food will satisfy you👍🏻
