Biryani Station — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I called the shop before going, the waitress said they allow dine in and no need to make reservations. We were told to just walk in. Then, when we reached, all the tables and chairs were not set for dine in. They were all stacked up aside. There were 2 person waiting for their orders, however the fan nor the light was turned on. Then, I asked the lady again, whether they are open for dine in and she said yes. She decided to push the tables aside, and then prepare a table for us to sit. It was so awkward. Then, when we decided to place our orders, few items were not available and she decides to mention "we are actually not really open yet for dinning". We were a little bit annoyed, so i questioned her and mentioned that i called before coming, and she stammered. But we still have them a chance and decided to order. Their lamb Briyani was not too bad, i would say 4/5. We added on some extra lamb and chicken. The lamb was tastier though. The chicken wasn't a big deal, i would say 2/5. Anyways, yes the price very affordable. But i will not come here again, unless they get a better waiter/waitress and improve...

I was working near this restaurant so walk to have some biryani , when enter ,there was noone ,one guy(staff) was smoking outside ,show me hand to go inside ,when I entered there was noone ,I sat ,the counter lady( look like an indian Muslim ) walking with her full plate biryani eating at the counter, after sometime ask me yesss and gave me a look as if ,why I'm there or as if I would have asked for her kidneys.....and then I went to the counter and want to order asked her something about the food in the menu ,she responded not well with so much attitude , may be too hungry to finish her biryani, when I asked about tea, she said no and shows hand sign towards the drink corner that there is noone present anyways after she played her bad choice songs so loud until I finish my food, I got a headache....Beware this lady will shut down your business. Bad customer service ,zero hospitality, biryani was average ,prices are high compare to taste and quantity , previous reviews are good but now i didnot find anything like that, dont go there ,better look for...

A Quick Review:

Restaurant has 2 indoor seatings: Chairs or Floor. Both equally comfortable. Also has an outdoor seating facing Aeon Big.

Ordered Beef Keema Cheese Naan & Banana Lassi. Lassi was amazing. Naan was great as well and it was generously spiced. It's great but I had stomach surgery and can't handle too strong of a spice. The mint and the other sauce wise also a bit spicy.

Despite all that, I thoroughly enjoyed my food. It was delicious and it definitely tasted original. If this really is original Pakistani food, it's amazing. I wouldn't know if it is, because I think this is my first time trying this shop.

Will try the other foods next time, and order it to be less spicy 🤣. Again, amazing food.

Price: I'm broke yet I still think eating here was a good decision because it's such a new...
