Outstanding Service from Two Managers with the Same Name: Ms. Norazila from KFC Aeon Big Wangsa Maju & Ms. Norasiyah from KFC DT Wangsa Maju – A Shining Example of Exceptional Leadership at KFC. (I’m mentioning both names and outlets here since I couldn’t find KFC DT Wangsa Maju’s location on Google Reviews.)

I want to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service provided by two of your managers, Ms. Norazila and Ms. Norasiyah, at these KFC outlets. I’ve had countless interactions with them, both in person and over the phone, and every single time, they go above and beyond to ensure my requests are met with a bright, welcoming smile.

I often request all-breast parts for my chicken, which I know isn’t a standard ask at most outlets. While other locations might overlook or handle this request differently, both Ms. Noras ensure my order is fulfilled every single time without fail. What’s more, they do it with kindness and professionalism, never hesitating to make the extra effort. Their positive attitude truly stands out.

When I order via Grab delivery, I always call the KFC Aeon Big Wangsa Maju outlet to confirm my request, and Ms. Norazila is typically the one who answers. Her tone is cheerful and warm, so much so that just hearing her voice can brighten your day. She personally ensures my request is taken care of and follows up with a polite, reassuring confirmation before ending the call with grace.

To this day, Ms. Norazila has never failed to assist with my request. I used to visit KFC Aeon Big Wangsa Maju myself and saw firsthand how she handles customers. As lovely as she is over the phone, she is just as wonderful in person!

Next, a special shoutout to Ms. Norasiyah from KFC DT Wangsa Maju. I even spoke to a staff member (an older employee, whom I believe is Indonesian) about Ms. Norasiyah because I wanted to know her name for this review. The staff member’s face lit up as she told me, “Yes, Ms. Norasiyah is very kind,” and she even encouraged me to share my positive experience! That speaks volumes about the kind of person and leader Ms. Norasiyah is. Her positive energy is clearly felt by both customers and her team.

I’ve also seen Ms. Norasiyah handle multiple customers in-store at once. I watched her assist 5 different people in less than 10 minutes, all while maintaining her calm, friendly demeanor. Everyone left satisfied, which is a testament to her efficiency and excellent management skills.

Both of these Ms. Noras are rare gems and shining examples of what great customer service looks like. They are polite, kind, and efficient and bring joy to every interaction. Please consider using them as role models for other outlets. When staff members like them create such a positive atmosphere, it can genuinely turn a bad day into a good one for customers like me.

POOR SERVICE QUALITY!! I went there on 22/12/2020 (10.00am). Order my meals through drive thru. The person that take my order ask me what drink i want and i said ice lemon tea. I waited for 20mins before i get my order but no drink so i ask the PERSON WHO IN CHARGE to bring the order to the customer vehicle about my order. I just wanted explanation but HE SAID TO MY FACE “saya tanya dalam la susah sangat la”. For me it’s very rude to say that to my face and i think management should take action because this is not the first time I think this happen. My friends also told me about this kfc but i never experienced it myself. Why on earth that he allowed to said “susah sangat” to a customer who just wanted to ask. This place is usually packed especially during weekend at night. Pizza Hut's especially can boil your rage with their ultra slow service and KFC if you dine in, the wait is unbearable. The parking space is so limited you could go round-and-round for ages without having to find a single slot. If you decided to go to their drive-through instead, you might be thinking that you've made the right choice. But you're wrong. Even their drive-through could cause a massive traffic jam outside their premises up until the petrol station behind. But, this is mostly during weekends or public holidays and at night.
