I wanted to provide an update regarding my recent complaint. After submitting the official complaint on 3 July, the branch manager reached out to me to discuss the details of the issue on 4 July. I appreciated their prompt response and attention to the matter.
The manager kindly offered to replace the entire order, which I accepted. Today, 8 July, we collected our replacement order. I am pleased to report that we are satisfied with the quality of the food this time.
Thank you for addressing this matter promptly and ensuring we received a satisfactory resolution.

On 28 June, I ordered takeaway from KFC Wangsa Maju Drive Thru and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The 6-piece loaded bucket was particularly underwhelming; the chicken thighs were extremely tiny, the skin was hard, and the meat was extremely dry and reddish in colour, raising serious concerns about its quality and freshness. This is far below the standard I expect from KFC.
The zinger cheezy burger was equally disappointing, with an exceptionally hard bun that ruined the texture and taste of the entire burger. The 3-piece Portuguese egg tart was passable but unremarkable, failing to stand out in any way. Additionally, I was informed that the frosted sweet potato fries were out of stock and was given jalapeño cheese poppers as a replacement. Unfortunately, these poppers had a tangy flavour that was not enjoyable.

Service was horrible. Maybe not enough staff or maybe poor training by the management. They are not as efficient as McD. Thank god they don’t have a lot of customer cause they will make order for one car to complete then only take another order from the next car. Have to wait a ver long time even when there was only one car in front of you. Minimum need to wait 10 minutes per car in front of you. Even when only handled one order at a time, they still manage to screw up my order which I only realized when I got home. Try to call their branch but no one pick up. TIPS for anyone got screwed by this corporation, just call their customer service hotline. The branch will call you back to fix it up less than 5 minutes. If you try to call them, they will never pick up. Let’s the corporate office handle them.
They start to charge if you want to park there longer. Maybe to stop office worker nearby park for free. I don’t really mind they want us to tap our card, cause it’s still free if it’s only for a short period. But please put up some kind of cover on the post as you can see, when it’s rain, it so annoying to tap the card as it will make...
