I wanted to provide an update regarding my recent complaint. After submitting the official complaint on 3 July, the branch manager reached out to me to discuss the details of the issue on 4 July. I appreciated their prompt response and attention to the matter.

The manager kindly offered to replace the entire order, which I accepted. Today, 8 July, we collected our replacement order. I am pleased to report that we are satisfied with the quality of the food this time.

Thank you for addressing this matter promptly and ensuring we received a satisfactory resolution.

28 JUNE 2024

On 28 June, I ordered takeaway from KFC Wangsa Maju Drive Thru and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The 6-piece loaded bucket was particularly underwhelming; the chicken thighs were extremely tiny, the skin was hard, and the meat was extremely dry and reddish in colour, raising serious concerns about its quality and freshness. This is far below the standard I expect from KFC.

The zinger cheezy burger was equally disappointing, with an exceptionally hard bun that ruined the texture and taste of the entire burger. The 3-piece Portuguese egg tart was passable but unremarkable, failing to stand out in any way. Additionally, I was informed that the frosted sweet potato fries were out of stock and was given jalapeño cheese poppers as a replacement. Unfortunately, these poppers had a tangy flavour that was not enjoyable.

Overall, all of the food items tasted dry and lacked moisture, indicating they were not fresh. This experience was very unappetising and did not meet the usual...

Food doesn’t taste as good as before. Missed the old KFC fries which was so much better than McD. Now they changed to the very generic ones which taste worse than McD. The double down tasted horrible. Dry and not delicious at all. Lack of KFC delicious spice. Just very bland.

Service was horrible. Maybe not enough staff or maybe poor training by the management. They are not as efficient as McD. Thank god they don’t have a lot of customer cause they will make order for one car to complete then only take another order from the next car. Have to wait a ver long time even when there was only one car in front of you. Minimum need to wait 10 minutes per car in front of you. Even when only handled one order at a time, they still manage to screw up my order which I only realized when I got home. Try to call their branch but no one pick up. TIPS for anyone got screwed by this corporation, just call their customer service hotline. The branch will call you back to fix it up less than 5 minutes. If you try to call them, they will never pick up. Let’s the corporate office handle them.

They start to charge if you want to park there longer. Maybe to stop office worker nearby park for free. I don’t really mind they want us to tap our card, cause it’s still free if it’s only for a short period. But please put up some kind of cover on the post as you can see, when it’s rain, it so annoying to tap the card as it will make...

  1. cashier always no show at the counter
  2. no bell ready always when no one at the counter
  3. always refuse to accept order for the food that is not saleable
  4. always claiming foods no stock or refuse to make new one
  5. always denying credit card acceptance and claiming merchant machines or line problem but no further action
  6. products menu not fully dislayed to customers (not even a ready menu for reference, customers order need to base on experienced/tasted before otherwise nobody realize the foods exist for order)
  7. drive thru always not immediate pickup, always request customers to wait for 10 to 30mins
  8. fork and spoons made with stainless steel always not ready or finished in used but no body takes initiative to wash and get them ready for customers. Always customers request or question, then only go and prepare.
  9. good serving counter always no one on duty. Customers trying to call it loud thru a false wall to get a staff or even unable to get response from anyone even one had heard the call.
  10. always not keeping the tables/chairs cleaned properly or even the wash basin.

With such bad performance and cleaniness, do you think these are the franchise standards?...

Yesterday (FRIDAY, 1st Dec 2023, 9-10pm) I bought for my family. First, I want to order Zinger Double Down 3 combo but the cashier said cannot make it 3 because need to wait for fries about 10min so I said I CAN WAIT. Then he proceed, after I came to him face to face. He said the combos cannot make it 3, one can make it to Buldak Samyang Zinger and I said why? He said "cannot". And I don't want. WHY DONT YOU JUST SAID THAT THE ZINGER DOUBLE DOWN OUT OF STOCK OR FINISHED?! IS IT HARD TO EXPLAIN?! AND THE CASHIER GIVE ME VERY BAD SERVICE, after I change one of combos into snack plate. I WAITED. After that he came to me give me my order then I said "dah ke?" I took back home and finally I realised I didnt get DRINK that supposed to comes with combo. Its not cheap dude, better I take ala carte then?! DAMN IT. Dear Manager, you should check on your staff and improve customer service.

No one is doing dine in order.. whn i ask he say oh sorry forget…. Pls Management Of KFC pls look into it.. This is not first time.. The manager alwys using whn im here to buy food.. About the food the cheezy wedges is very less cheese & mayo.. whn we ask he say cheese finish.. Please try to recheck with the staff & the store too..
